      This is the WORST COMPANY, *** ever dealt with. They scheduled my pickup without deconflicting with the customer. Then they missed the pickup time. My wife and I contacted the company and they are not doing anything to resolve the issue.

      We are in ******** and ordered a kayak on ******. I saw that NSD was the shipping company. Id never heard of them before. Online reviews were dismal to put it nicely and I was very nervous. Well I then read that they had been acquired by another company recently and I know that usually people only take the time to review anymore when they have a bad experience so I waited to see. Im so glad I did because it was the best delivery Ive ever had. It actually came a day earlier than ****** promised and was in perfect condition. Every person I dealt with was so kind and helpful. Dont let the old reviews discourage you. They are amazing!

      I scheduled my delivery online for June 23rd. On that day i called to check on the status and was told my order wasn't on a truck for delivery. Its been 5 days since i was notified to schedule delivery and I've not been contacted once. In preparation for my order i threw out the furniture being replaced. So now im going without. Much like the other reviews. Hub Groups communication is terrible and the online scheduler does nothing.

      I ordered a bed from ******** and set up an appointment for delivery almost 3 weeks after purchase. First of all, Hub Group sent me an email to set up a delivery date. I had a question and couldn't get through. I had to set the date on the link they provided. It states that they will deliver from 7:00am-7:00pm and that they will call a day in advance. They never called and they never showed up. I tried calling and I kept getting a message stating that it was in transit for delivery. I got the same message the next day too. Just a warning, you can not get through to a living person to talk with. You will get recordings and that's it. They never call or text to let you know anything. I tried emailing them but didn't get an answer. I waited online for a customer service *** but nobody ever answered. This company is a nightmare. How they stay in business is a mystery. I ended up having to raise holy h*** with ******** until they refunded my account. Do not purchase anything from any company that uses Hub Group. They don't show up, they don't answer phones, texts or emails and they don't deliver your purchase. If I could give this company a negative star rating, I would but one star is the lowest rating.

      I'd leave a negative review if possible!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!! "Nonstop delivery" HAHAHAHA!! The people that answer the phone are the RUDEST I have EVER dealt with to both myself and the company I ordered from. ********** has even filed a complaint against them!!! My package was set to be delivered May *****. It has been at their terminal since May 19th. I call daily and finally on the 31st they updated tracking to "delivery attempted". The following day I called to follow up and they told me "Our driver delivered to the wrong address but went back and got it." Huh? the address is on the box!!! I am the ONLY commercial building on a road of very few houses... where did you possibly "accidently" deliver to?!!! They STILL have not update tracking, STILL have not scheduled a new delivery date and when I call, they give ME and attitude!!!! It is not June 3rd and NO ANSWERS!!!

      Horrible horrible phone service with computer. Multiple orders through ********** and tracking #s from hub group not in their system to get correct delivery info. Found the trick with their computer system....lie and say your package was never received, then you can get transferred to a human. They intentionally try to block everybody from talking to a human with their ai phone number and every attempt said won't work accept this!

      I had a return to *********** the drivers were amazing HOWEVER I had to call to ask for a receipt as I was told Id need it to track my refund and get a replacement part. The man who took my call was rude, combative and wildly unprofessional. I can not believe someone with such terrible customer service skills would be in the position to help people.

      I ordered a Product from ********** on March 24th and my order was shipped and sent to Hub Group for delivery to me, my order sat in ********* VA from April 11 until Hub Group provided a delivery date of Monday, April 14, 2025, then Hub Group changed the delivery date to Thursday April 17th and the order indicates "Out for Delivery" in my area. As of Saturday April 19th my order is still saying "Out for Delivery" in my area (Tracking ********). I called Hub Group multiple times and you only get a virtual agent and get left on hold if your trying to reach a live person, the call automatically hangs up without anyone ever answering. If I don't receive my delivery today I plan to contact ********** today regarding this delivery issue and encourage them to not include Hub Group in any of their deliveries. This must be a small business and I always try to support small businesses but this is why most generally wind up going out of business for doing bad business. Be honest and provide a honest guaranteed delivery date like the big boys, that's it that's all.

      ********** uses Hub Group for deliveries and return. I'd bought an item from HD which was defective. They referred me to Hub Group, whose service was free for ********** deliveries and pickups. I contacted Hub Group by email and they emailed back saying they would contact me in 24 to 48 hours to schedule the pickup. EIGHT DAYS LATER I hadn't heard from them so I called. They referred me to their website, which was very difficult to navigate but eventually I found the scheduling page, but unfortunately, the first possible date was another five days away. I canceled that and hired a local outfit at my own expense to return the item to **********. I can't imagine a worse experience in trying to return an item to **********.
