  Athletico Billing is a nightmare. Had services starting in December of 2021. Cigna kept denying payments since ICD coding was wrong. After multiple calls back and forth finally thought it was done and paid in full in February of 2023. No, now Im being billed another $30 copay This is crazy. In talking to Supervisor *************************** was advised that if I didnt pay the $30 bill would go to collections. Great, ruin my credit since Athletico can not get there billing in order

  My husband has two insurances, a primary and a secondary. I keep getting a statement in the mail for $260.48. on all the line items from 2022 there are charges, Ins ***** **** ******* Paid, Pending Ins, You Owe columns. On mostly all those columns the Ins ***** Adj is more than the charges. Leaving the balance we owe as $0 except the last three lines. the Charges are more than the Ins ***** Adj there is $0 paid paid patient and nothing in the pending Ins. Leaving us owing $260.48. I believe they need to run this through both insurances and all we may owe is a $40 copay for those 3 visits not the whole $260.48 The billing for this organization is terrible and confusing. With dual insurance we should not owe anything but a copay. He had a complete knee replacement and didn't owe a dime after that surgery. I have left my number for them to call me so we can go over this bill. The service at the ******, ** office was wonderful and I would recommend that office to anyone, but the corporate offices needs to work on their billing services a bit more. You do not get any receipts or statements after each visit which would help alleviate some of this confusion.

  I am an RN. I was facing neck surgery but required PT first. Ive had 3 rounds of PT @ other clinics. My evaluation was done by **************** I was treated with the utmost care. She answered all my ************* was told what my co-pay would be upfront. She is so professional with the friendliest attitude too.During my visits the therapists were ******, ************** who were fantastic. The exercises gave me tons of relief. My pain overall has improved. The prescribed exercises were always followed accordingly. I am now going to the gym 3 times a week for 45 min.and I feel so much better. I cannot wait until I see the neurosurgeon again and personally I do not feel like I need surgery at this time. All of the staff is absolutely great including ******, ************************************* I highly recommend the Athletico ****** location staff. They value you as a client. This is the best PT I have ever had. Thank you all.

  This place is way over priced for the service you get. They were not upfront about the higher costs like they should have been. I did not benefit from anything I received and now I owe close to $900 for a month and a half of service. Shame on businesses like this that are supposed to help people to get out of pain.

  Athletico gave me the run around about how much I would be charged. I asked multiple times and they could never give me an answer. I then go my bill and called the store. They stated that the physical therapist entered in my profile that she went over the costs with me even though they didnt. They then hurt my back worse than when I started with them.

  I went there for physical therapy with my insurance card to check and verify coverage was informed my out of pocket cost would be a 10$ copay only so I scheduled 3 times a week at 450$ per visit. After 10 visits I received a bill for 197$ I spoke with ****** at customer service who was very rude to me and told me I had to pay or it was going to collection. Had I know it would cost me so much more per visit I would of gone only once a week as there service was average at best. I feel deceived by the management of this company and will never use or recommend there services again.

  Repeatedly gave Name of my insurance and asked for verification of acceptance prior to providing all my PHI, scheduled appointments (taking day off from work to attend), appointment canceled 48 hours prior due to nonacceptance of my insurance. reqursted destruction of the phi i shared under the guise of misinformation, received a call from a very rude "****" at (630) ******** saying theres no way the information they obtained under their error could be deleted. Makes me wonder what kind of scheme Athletico is running to make it appear as if it has more patients than it really does.

  There is a severe lack of professionalism and absolute zero accountability when staff are proven to be verbally abusive to patrons. The lead clinician and physical therapist at the New Florissant location was reported to management after being combative and demeaning me in public during a session. I was told that the therapist will "go into a room and decompress" if she feels overwhelmed in the future. No consequences or disciplinary measures will be taken. Staff is apparently allowed to take their stress and frustrations out on patrons and treat you as they see fit.Find an alternative professional company to seek physical therapy services.

  Athletico in ********** is horrible. ***** is Acting and writing kindergarten reports who does this? Very unprofessional staff. DONT GO THERE go where you will be a valued customer where you can get help for your injury. This is not the place they dont care about you and if your in pain they will write negative remarks and say your not trying if your in pain and cant do something they ought to respect that not ***** or ***** the Manager its their way or they will write a bad review they all ought to be fired. Please note everyone there is new they cant keep employees either that should tell you something about Athletico. Also, they will lie and put on report you are trying to rush through they are liars, and trying to rush through. This place should be closed down, they dont keep a schedule. Also, staff running around looking in the mirror at theirselves while doing jumping jacks, push-*** etc., showing off to the front desk girl whos sitting there watching him instead of answering the phone sitting at desk. Shes telling you what exercises to do mi d you now shes not even licensed or certified so who gives her the right this place e needs to be investigated out. All they talk about is what to eat for lunch instead of focusing on client. Also, they dont wipe down equipment like they are supposed to they need to be fined for that its a red flag safety issue here. This place is not professional at all. With my insurance I thought I was going to get great service ***** is a total nut . You guys STAY AWAY Athletico is the worst if you see any good reviews they wrote them TheirSELVES DONT GO THERE for your own safety as well.

  ****** and staff at Athletico in ****** were fantastic! I have been to PT in years past and had bad experiences. However, the staff there worked with me for an entire hour! They made it a very comfortable environment to chat, joke, laugh, and get to know everyone who was on a similar PT schedule! I will definitely recommend this company!
