      ************* *********** ** location the staff behind counter is ok but the therapist youd have better luck with a trained chimpanzee then the therapist I had

      PT ************************* is an outstanding Physical Therapist! For example, every single movement she prescribes she teaches as goes, and as a patient this really helps me understand why the movement is integral to my overall level of functioning. Additionally, she always has a positive, uplifting attitude which I find quite inspiring. Furthermore, *** the receptionist is always polite and helpful when I have to reschedule due to health concerns. The facility is well maintained and appears to project an air of professionalism that is easily noticed. Thanks for employing such great practitioners!

      Horrific service...waited 58 min in the lobby and never once did anyone approach me or ask me to sign in.Now I need a new PT company. **************** is dead & as a paying customer I owe you nothing...you owe me respect...including respect of my time!

      My physical therapist was ************************* at the ******** facility. She was a talented, knowledgeable PT who gave me great treatment. I came in with a torn meniscus and knee arthritis. After a month of therapy, I was able to move my leg as if I had never had trouble with it at all. I received home exercises for between visits which I still try to do daily. I was told "motion is lotion" and that is certainly true for me. Thank you ****** and Athletico for giving me my life back.

      I am all most 75 years old. My ***************** recon d me to see ******************************** at ******************************. I am so happy ***** did great job her whole team work to gether help each other. I walking without pain like a young man. Thanks a lot for all yours staff and special thanks ***** very pleasent she is thanks *****.

      Unprofessional billing practices. Everyone should be aware of their billing practices, or lack of. 1st time we were never notified that we were out of PT treatments and had a $3000 bill. Every medical profession will tell you what your insurance covers or does not cover. Now we are dealing with charges above and beyond services. It was the circle of death trying to work with customer service. We have pulled our daughter out of ATI and are going somewhere else. Ot is a shame because they have great therapists. Please review ATI BBB complaints before using this service.

      Very unprofessional. The staff do not assist you or notify consumers of Referral needed or what information. Extremely lazy. Please view other options and do not settle for poor custmer service. I am also going to contact my insurance agency to see if they can review having them as authorized suppliers .
