I have a FSA through my employer that is managed by Inspira Financial. I had a doctor's visit on January 2, 2024 & a surgery on January 18, 2024. I have primary insurance (Cigna) that is attached to my FSA and secondary insurance (Tricare) through my husband's employer. My secondary insurance covered all of the doctor's visit and most of the surgery, with the exception of about $200. Inspira pulled $2839.00 out of my FSA to pay the bills that had already been paid through Tricare. I tried to send the EOB's from Tricare to them & called, and all three representatives were incredibly rude and condescending and basically said they were not sending my $2,839.00, or IF they did, it will take around ******************************************************************* and kept saying there is no way for me to know if I will get my money back. They have essentially stolen $2,839 and are refusing to give it back to me.Business Response

I have an HSA with Inspira Financial/ PayFlex and have been trying to get a replacement card since November 2023. I have called 3 times and each time they say they sent me a new card, and I never receive it. When I called last week they acknolwedged there was an issue sending me my card, and stated they would overnight it to me. As of today, 5 days later, I have not received my card.Without this card, I am unable to pay my medical bills. I have begun to receive past due notices and collection notices. I am not paying out of pocket for these expenses when I have over 1k in may HSA at PayFlex. As resolution, I need PayFlex to overnight me my card that I can use ASAP. Also, if I receive any late charges for my outstanding medical bills, I will be looking for PayFlex to reimburse me those amounts along with credit monitoring in the event they report me delinquent to the credit bureau's.Business Response

My 401K from my previous employer rolled over to Millennium Trust Company. I have been trying to claim my account to rollover the balance to my current employer, but their online system keeps saying "Registration Failed." Their agent was able to access the account with the same details and look up the balance for me. But they will not help me with the roll over or set up an account for me. This sounds very fishy that the only way to claim my account is through their online system that does not work. This feels like fraud to drain the account with Fees.Business Response

I received information that millennium trust retirement package rolled over to Inspira financial. I called Wednesday February 7th at 4:30 Eastern time and was listening to a recording for over an hour. Which was ridiculous due to the fact that the hold time was 40 minutes. I was on hold for an hour and 30 minutes! While Im working as your business hours should have been convenient for me to resolve my issue. I even submitted an email through the website as they refer you too with ************ day response which I did not receive. I also did not receive a confirmation email that I sent one to you guys. I am unable to claim my account online. Every time I try, it tells me that it failed and I need to contact assistance. I would appreciate a phone call with a representative to get this matter addressed as soon as possible!Business Response

I have just received a statement for the calendar year of 2023, with no explanation and a litany of unexpected fees. The fees include $10 for a "paper statement fee," though I never requested paper statements. The fees also include an annual maintenance fee of $30, though the total value of my account is barely more than the sum of these two fees. For an Individual Retirement Account, apparently rolled over from Millennium Trust, this is outrageous.I attempted to call, and have now been on hold for over an hour. There is no sign that anyone will ever answer.I have then completed the "onboarding" process on line, which mostly feels like a scam. At the conclusion, I receive only a message that indicates that processing may take several days. This is either an enormous scam, or an incredibly lucrative way for Inspira to draw funds from small investors. A disgrace.Business Response

I have spent dozens of hours on the phone with *******/Inspira, and each time their "fix" works for a month then fails. I have to then contact them again, and they tell me I'm "missing documents" for the 2nd month when they were fine for the first month. I request a supervisor, and was disconnected after a very long wait. They cannot seem to communicate their requirements for retiree medical reimbursement, which seem to change every month.Business Response

I was going through my tax documents to prepare for this year taxes, and I found a document that showed how much money was still in my HSA account I called the company once, and since my address was old, I had to update it with the company. At that time I called back to close the account to pay for some medical bills from last year. They then gave me a hard time about a debit card that I had years ago. They were also trying to get me to fill out a form, which Im not going to do. Then I couldnt even setup an online account to login and get the debit card information. This company is holding my ******* dollars hostage and refuses to work with me to give it to me. They have created roadblocks to my own money, didnt report to me the money was there, and now dont have a process for me to recover it.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: They did not detail the fact they werent sending me tax documents for almost 3 or 4 years... In which I believe they were hoping I would forget about the money. Plus, they need to put a process in place to remind customers this money is available to them. Like a monthly statement for example. This is a great example of a company committing fraudulent type behavior.
Sincerely,
