They tell you to fill out paperwork, call them. Then when you do what they say they tell you to do it all over again. If you have money here it seems as good as gone. They will do all the double talk they can so you can never access your money.

How does this company have a A- rating!? They absolutely suck! They should have an F! Submitted the required paperwork for a distribution. After waiting 2 weeks to get my money I called them only to find out they hadn't even mailed the check yet and they told me they were going to mail it that day and I would get it by the end of the week! So now another 2 weeks have passed and I still have not received MY money. This company should not even be in business they absolutely suck!

To keep your account, they charge an annual fee. To close your account they charge a $25. They have wiped out all interest I have ever earned with their ridiculous fees. Get your money out of there fast before they fee your account dry.

I made two claims for a medical visit. One was covered by payflex. The exact same procedure which occurred days later was declined by payflex. I've spent hours going in circles with Payflex's customer service. I understand that this **********************, and it's holding company Millennium Trust, is known for ethics. Convince me that these companies aren't unethical.

Millennium Trust Company accepted rollover funds from two separate companies; ************** 401k and PayFlex-CVS. I faxed and received confirmation, duplicated copies and forwarded hard copies.Millennium Trust Company states, "Please allow **** business days excluded holidays and weekends". You are given choices for Direct Deposit, Debit/Credit card, and/or Check sent via ***************** Postal Services. At this point it would be faster for me to drive from **** to ********, ********. Everytime a contact the company I'm given a different excuse. I marked boxes with an "X" for taxes. It shouldn't matter IF I request 10% to be sent to the ************* instead of 5%.I was told today, Monday the 8th day of May the ************* sent an email on the 4th of May to confirm withholding from the ****************** 10% and ************* 10%.Again, yet another delay...when clearly and legible on the documents. Not a company I want to do business with.I have personal reasons for even requesting the funds and did not expect delays and excuse(s). The automated voice prompter now states, "Due to high business volume it may take up to 15 business days".Unacceptable business practices ********************************-Mar ************* recipient

Absolute joke of a company who deserves ZERO STARS!!!! The most unprofessional website I've ever experienced. Good luck trying to get your money after your 401k gets rolled over, not only is their website full of broken links, but if you try to call all you get is recordings. HOW IN THE ***** DO YOU GET YOUR MONEY OUT OF THIS COMPANY WITHOUT ALL THEIR EXCESSIVE FEES?

Like many others, we have had difficulty getting an *** account transferred out of Millennium Trust. We called them and had a broker send in a transfer form, as the customer service rep said we should do. ********************** signed for the form on 2 Feburary, 2023, and the broker heard nothing from them. It is now 18 April, and Millennium has done nothing but refer us to their customer "service" Note : they asked us to review them on TrustPilot, but that site gives then 4* - a major discrepancy from 1* here. They shouldn't have a good BBB rating!Note further. The *** account is worth less than the initial contribution, after Millennium deducted fees - and we never agreed to permit CapitalOne transfer the account.Millennium is a bad actor, and regulators should do something about them! They deserve a 0* rating!

Long story short please do NOT rollover any funds to Millennium Trust Company. I was aware of the annual fee, however I expected at least a small gain. My funds gained 0, absolutely nothing. The withdrawal form was simple and time will tell how long it takes my money to get here. I would have been better off taking my money initially and putting it into my savings account where I would have at least earned $0.01 a month. A ***** saved is a ***** earned. After reading all the very similar experiences I am angered because just like myself, Im sure the other individuals worked hard for the money entrusted to Millennium Trust Company. Like I actually physically labored for the money I earned and someones getting paid to manage these hard earned dollars and providing zero return. Do better please!

My past job was my first job to offer a 401K, it was not much but it was a start. I left that job and had to wait 6 months in my new job before I could roll over my 401K. It was moved to Millennium trust and they pretty much took most of what I had saved up. Now I'm trying to move it to my ****** account and they are trying to charge me another $50 to close two accounts. How is this company still being allowed to do this???
