      I had the same issue with the Inspira website. However, after waiting a 1/2 hour on hold for customer service, I was finally able to speak to someone. I was able to close my account and they sent me a check. Now the scary part, the day I cashed the check, I got a call from the bank saying there was no water **** on the back of the check like there was supposed to be. Now that money is on hold. After reading all the comments, now I am worried that the check was fake and I am out my 401k money.

      I had a deeply troubling experience with Inspira Financial regarding my *** account. I initiated a transfer of approximately $30,000 from my HSA to ********************. Shockingly, only $1,075.35 was transferred and Inspira claims that was the full balance, despite my records showing otherwise.When I called customer service, I spent hours on the phone with no resolution. They simply issued a case number (********) and closed my account without explaining what happened to the rest of my funds. *** submitted documentation showing my correct balance, but no one at Inspira has taken responsibility or offered a solution.This experience has been frustrating, distressing, and unacceptable. I trusted Inspira Financial with my hard-earned savings, and now Im left with more questions than answers. If youre considering them to manage your HSA, I strongly urge you to think twice.

      INSPIRA and their Private Equity owners ************** and **************************) make it as inconvenient, slow, and difficult as possible to spend the money in my healthcare savings account, which is completely heinous and unacceptable. Its been 4 months and I STILL do not have a debit card I can use to spend the $ in my account on Medical expenses. I've emailed them and called them numerous times and they claim my card is on the way, but I no longer believe ******** I have to manually request reimbursements, which often get denied, and then wait THREE WEEKS for a check in the mail - completely unacceptable in 2025. Since I am paid monthly by my job, sometimes I need to bridge medical expenses by dipping into my savings because they wont reimburse me in ******* healthcare savings are effectively held hostage by this EXTREMELY PREDATORY, frankly s***** company. It is obviously in ************* and ***************** Partner's interest to create as many barriers to accessing my $ as possible so that they can invest my savings for longer and capture the float. If these people had any morals, they would send me my debit card immediately and would use simple technology like Stripe / Plaid so I can directly move $ from my *** to bank account instantly.************* and **************************, the Private Equity firms who own this company, are evil terrible people for structuring the business in this way.

      Been trying for weeks to close my account and get my money back. Website is horrible completely unusable. customer service on the phone is also horrible. Can hardly get anyone you can understand and they keep telling me to use the website. I keep telling them the website does not work. We go round and round in circles and never get anything accomplished. They emailed me a form to fill out. Hopefully, after this, I will finally get my money. The government needs to shut this business down. They almost seem like scammers.

      Poor customer service, website and app experience. FSA card blocking, without clear detail on what action must be taken. Call Center staff do not have (understanding of? or) access to account information in order to effectively support member experience.

      I previously held two Self-Directed *** accounts with Quest Trust Company in *******, *****, which were subsequently transferred to Inspira Financial. After the transfer, I made several attempts to speak with a representative regarding my accounts but was consistently placed on hold for extended periods without resolution.Due to the lack of communication and support, I decided to transfer both accounts to Equity **********************. I contacted Equity Trust and promptly completed all required documentation to initiate the transfer. However, it has now been nearly three months, and the transfer is still pending.This delay has prevented me from paying property taxes associated with the assets held in the accounts. The handling of this process has been disorganized and unprofessional, causing unnecessary stress and financial inconvenience.

      i along with several of my colleagues have experienced fraud with our *** accounts. ******************** did nothing to place tighter controls on our accounts, nor did they notify the bank that issues the debit cards for our accounts. When I contacted the bank because I saw fraud on my account they notified me that there had been several attempts on my account that had been blocked and agreed to send me a new card. During the time I contacted Inspira I was constantly placed on-hold for long periods of time and in at least 2 instances the agent never came back to the phone.

      The staff is untrained- and relatively uneducated (as in, 8th grade level of high school). Ridiculous fees are assessed to people for chores that are done by *********** could take you 10 or more phone calls to resolve the simplest of tasks because the staff (see above) doesn't know how their system even works. Even Inspira's own employees disparage whoever you spoke to last. The recorded phone calls should be used for an SNL skit.

      DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. Virtually impossible to retrieve your money, regardless of accuracy of claims. They make up their own info to deny claims, and then require you, as the customer, to go through hoops to have it appealed. A JOKE! Thankful that Northwell listened to our complaints and switched reimbursement FSA companies.

      ZERO STARS! I have had the worst experience with Inspira and my FSA. They frequently require extra documentation for my dentist. When I call to follow up, I have to wait for an extended period time to get through. I am 5 emails in since March 1 trying to resolve what they are calling an overpayment. They are refusing to cover a procedure I had done because of the *** even thought I've submitted the dentist invoice and explained multiple times to someone on the phone and through email that the procedure isn't covered by my benefits, the dentist doesn't bill them for it, so it won't show up on the **** This is beyond frustrating. I shouldn't have to jump through so many hoops to use MY money for medical and health reasons. They are not doing their due diligence to ensure they are reviewing the submitted documentation.
