      Very poor website - often outright doesn't work. And also locks me out of the account which then requires calling the customer service which is very slow and poor service.

      I've submitted a request by email, and on their website for a reply or call back, and it's been a week and some change of no reply by email. No reply now by website for 4 business days now. This company is absolutely horrible. Their website won't update my phone number, even though I've done it 2x since the beginning of February.

      Inspira acquired my *** account from Quest **********************. The first time I tried to direct an investment I ran into an absolute brick wall. Nothing about this company works not even their phone system or their online signin. When you do get someone on the phone they sound as if they will take care of things but nothing ever happens. I spent two months trying to initiate an investment through Inspira before I gave up. In month four I got a call from them asking if I was ready to move forward with the investment (that ship has sailed). Around the end of month two I decided to move the account to another *** custodian. Im now several more months into this process and Im still nowhere. They claim to have wired the funds, the money disappeared from my account, but the recipient has not received the wire.All I want is to someday become reunited with my money.

      If I could give this company ZERO STARS I would!! Trying to transfer my funds to a different company and all I needed was the *** number. Called the first time only to be on hold for over an hour and not given the option to put in a request for a call back like the automation said in the beginning. Called a second time a few days later and waited half an hour with an estimated 10 min wait. When someone finally answered they told me that they don't give out the *** number and sent me a link telling me I would have to reach out to the other company to request paperwork and send it back completed and the new company would send a request to them. **I do not blame the person answering the phone but I do blame the company COMPLETELY** Their website states if you are trying to take funds out from them to give them a call just to be told later they'll send you a link and you have to do all the legwork. So basically they are trying to get away with doing as little work as possible. Complete waste of time! How they still have people/companies using them is BEYOND ME!! If i can give anyone advice DO NOT USE THEM!!!

      Bad faith and fraud. They will continue to block your card stating they need more justification. I'm trying to use up the $127.00 on my medical card but am now frozen. I guess I will just have to eat it. Do not do business with this company. I would seek legal action but not worth the amount in dispute.

      I would Not recommend this company its not worth the hassle. Your claim will be denied even when you send in the proper documentation from my experience Ive sent in a receipt to be reimbursed I was told my claim would process within 3-5 business days on the 5th day my claim was denied stating The document submitted for this claim doesn't give the date(s) of service for the expense. You'll need to resubmit your claim with the Explanation of Benefits (EOB). Or, you can send an itemized receipt that shows date(s) of service. on the receipt submit had the date directly on the top of the page and it was also itemized meaning they did not even look at the claim. If its not taking care of within the next few days I will be looking into canceling my services with them its not worth the stress.

      They will lock your card even with documentation and if it aint part of their script they dont understand nor can explain the whats or whys behind the issues. Just repeat and repeat. They arent bbb accredited now that its this company so try complaining to the ***

      Inspria handles my FHA for the company I work for. I have had nothing but problems with them. I first tried to access my funds in November. I couldn't log on to their website because I didn't have a card. They were supposed to send me one in March and never did. I called to get a card, asked for it to expedited because I want my money and they denied that. I was told I needed to get the bill for services to submit for reimbursement so I spent time gathering those. I got my card weeks later. I created my account online, linked by bank, and called customer service to walk me through submitting for reimbursement. I was told I didn't need the bill, I needed the explanation of benefits. Got those and uploaded them. Then I was told I would receive a micro deposit that I needed to verify my bank account within ***** hours. I didn't receive it. I called and told them this and was told I didn't need to do that. My account was already verified. Does anyone who works here understand how their company works? So much wasted time and so many hoops to jump through to get MY money...I still don't have it yet.

      SCAM or thieves. I have received IRS statements telling me I have *** rollover contributions with them; however, they say they have no record of me. Keep wanting my full social. I refuse to give. Foreign accents. I will be contacting ***.
