I spoke with ***** on the day I called. ***** came to my house the same day. He drafted the concrete work that needed to be replaced. All my questions and concerns were addressed. Love the outcome of the job. ***** is Very Professional and Pleasant. Thank You So Much.

Thank you for the review!! Your project was challenging due to the fact that we were replacing your driveway at the same time as your next door neighbor, but everything went off without a hitch. 5 starsGreat service. Called, spoke to a human who set up an estimate for the next day. Kevin arrived on time, we reviewed the issues I had identified and he noted an additional issues we needed to fix. We received a written estimate the following day. We had received multiple other estimates and Bald Eagle was on the lower end. They handled city permits and kept us informed about the process. The day of installation the team kept me informed of the status of the project. We have been very satisfied with the work (about 7 months ago). Being first time homeowners, we need our chimney stack tuck pointed a couple yrs ago. They came out to assess the chimney and quoted us a fair price for the rework that needed to be done. The end result of the work was good and was contracted to make 3 payments for the whole project. They ended up requesting in 2 payments, which was unexpected. Called them back out for another project on the house but was quoted pretty steep for such a small project.Bald Eagle Construction, Inc.

Hi *********, the project we performed for you was masonry work. The 2nd project we quoted for you was for front porch re-surfacing. The re-surfacing services Bald Eagle offers involve very specific surface prep techniques and proprietary bonding agents. As such, the outcomes/results typically far exceed the standard skim-coating projects available. It is true that it comes with a higher cost, but we would rather apologize for the cost than apologize for the result! 1 starAdvise not hiring this company! For my June 13, 2024, roof installation, Bald Eagle Construction does not rate a single star. Per the shingle manufacturer, the shoddy workmanship likely nullified their warranty. Nails were found driven into top shingles and there was extensive scuffing (determined by aerial photos), and plastic debris from roofing bundle packaging was stuck under shingles preventing adhesion. ***************** damaged my gutters and gutter screens costing over 15% of entire roofing project to repair. New lead stack flashings and chimney flashing as stated in the contract were not installed. The crew peeled back existing flashing and spray painted them black. Chimney flashing was in much worse condition post roof installation than prior and incorrectly re-installed! Shingle overhang along rake was hideously not uniform. Bald Eagle Construction explained scuffing as normal not detrimental to the shingle and will not diminish the useful life of the shingle. This statement was negated by the shingle manufacturer and other roofing specialists. Bald Eagle Construction explained a long hump in roof as likely due to settling of the homethat if there was water damage, their crew would have attended to replacing the board.* Although Bald Eagle Construction offered some reparation, they did not cover all items on an official punch list that I was advised to acquire by both the ************************ and a later conversation with a lawyer. After receipt of the punch list, I never heard from Bald Eagle Construction. As recommended by 3 roofers who review the situation the entire main roof of my home was tore off again and replaced in late October, 2024. *The new contractor found that the hump dismissed by Bald Eagle Construction was a damaged board due to previous water damage. The new contractor replaced the board resulting in a flat surface and in all other details did a fabulous job. Dealing with Bald Eagle Construction was a costly mistake.
