      Hello, my name is ********** *****. I went to your location at ***************** ******* location. I was very disappointed in the work that was done on my car. I paid $39 for a vacuum and a wash. The vacuum was terrible. I asked if they could fix the vacuum. The *** kinda of rushed me off And I wasnt able to see what side I was supposed to go on to redo the car after it was all said and done. I had to go back through the wash and turn around and do what they shouldve done from the beginning. I was told that they weren't able to go under the seat with the hose because the hose was too big but yet I did the wash and clean my car and did a way better job if I had a known that I would pay $39 and get a poor job I've could've done this myself. I was very disappointed. There is a cobblestone around the corner from where I live, but I chose to come here because I like the way they cleaned my car before in the past now I'm out of $39 and I still had to clean the car myself. I just didn't think it was fair and then as I proceeded to go through the wash, the young lady says oh I'm so sorry for Your car not being clean right but I will talk to the manager about it. I didn't feel like she was going to talk to the manager about anything. I just wanted you to know I am very dissatisfied with this and I don't even know if Ill ever use that location again, but this is not fair to the customer if you go there I don't care how busy it is you take your time and do the job that needs to be done properly And if it was, the *** wants to tell me oh if you wanted a detail is $320 I said well the way the *** explained it to me that they would clean and vacuum the car and I didn't get what I had you know that that's the reason why I'm complaining. I hope this can be resolved in a better manner than what it was.

      Where do I start if I could rate this location with negative stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE FOR CAR SERVICE. I came to this location to get my oil changed. After my service was completed, I drove it and I was not even off the property when I noticed that my car wasn't driving properly, and because of where I was located in the street, I had to go to the light in order to turn around to have them look at it again. While I was waiting at the light my check engine light came on as well as my oil light and then my car shut off. I was able to turn it back on and drive it back around to have them assess the issue. I was assured by the manager of the service area, *** that their service wasn't the reason my car was misfiring and turning off. After doing a soft diagnostic on my car he recommended me taking it to a full-service place to have an official diagnostic performed. Again, he reassured me that nothing they did would cause this issue with my car. TURNS OUT that their service did in fact cause the issue with my car. They did not put the right oil filter in my car or placed a defective one in my vehicle, which cause my cam phasers to go haywire. $106 later I had to have my regular mechanic fix the problem. I brought the oil filter back to them to request a refund due to their mistake and I was advised that they can send it out for an assessment and then IF it was determined that it was defective then at that point, they could provide a $45 refund. (Wasn't that the point of having a full-service shop take a look at my car, per the direction of ***) meanwhile I already paid them $45 for s*** service and then $106 to have the problem they created for me fixed. All in all, I will never go to another cobblestone to have car services done. I thought it was convenient because they are open on the weekends, but they cost me more money than needed to be spent and did not want to provide me with a refund for their mistake.

      HELP cobblestone Auto Spa it is almost impossible to stop the car wash subscription! I have stopped payment many times and they won't stop charging. I will never do unlimited care wash again, please help me stop these guys.

      *************! I have the exact complaint as ALL who deal with Cobblestone. They are stealing my money without my authorization. One, I bought a $28 Car wash for the month of August, only for August. Secondly, I cancelled on the cobble stone car wash WEBSITE as per the recording instructs when I called the phone number for the Scottsdale Cobblestone on ***************. It was cancelled 2 weeks prior to being charged again but it was charged WITHOUT my authorization.I left VM's and several texts to cancel but continued to take MY money WITHOUT my authorization. There is NO customer service, do not consider anyone's concerns and take advantage of people. Why can't anyone get a live person on the phone to get help? They owe me $86!

      We went to cancel and are still being charged. I want a refund for both mine and my husband's cars. We are canceling because not once but twice did I almost have a devastating accident in the car wash. The last one the person stopped at the end of the car wash and the car wash pushed my car into theirs, it luckily wasn't bad and no visible damage. (The car drove off, luckily there was no damage as you cant get anyone to help in that situation) Although my kids and I were very shook up. We attempted contacting the manager of the car wash and never got a response. So we decided to cancel and now we are getting charged for this month and I don't want to pay it. I can not get ahold of anyone to talk to. I don't see how they can still charge if we canceled?

      I called to cancel in August because with no warning they raised the rate. I also asked for a refund because they took 39 dollars out of my account, instead of the 19 dollars that was agreed upon. A customer service representative for them said they couldn't refund my money. She extended my service until November 2nd, then I'd be done. Well, November 12th, they took another 39 dollars out of my account!!!!!!!!!After calling them again, I got Refund and finally a cancelation of my contract...My concern is why this didn't happen the 1st time I called in August!!!!!!! Good luck with them, and check your bank accounts regularly.

      Let me start by saying this they like to charge you for platinum membership, but they will always give you a basic car wash if you asked to sign up or renew your card they will not ask you the dollar amount before they charge you. They cannot cancel membership at the store so you have to call or actually submit it online and wait for somebody in customer service to try to resolve your issues with the membership. This spot is very shady. Do not sign up for platinum or expensive wash because they will continue to give you basic car wash if you don’t pay attention to the service light and the type of wax comes through the car wash you will be getting basic car wash.

      After using the unlimited plans for my 2 cars for over 3 years, I contacted their customer service to cancel my passes. I received email confirmation on Sept 18 that they were cancelled. Like so many of the other complaints filed to BBB, I am still having an automatic deduction taken from my account. I've tried to contact them over the phone at a few different numbers and I cannot get a human to talk to, only leave a message and it will be retuned in 2 to 3 business days. I'm beginning to get the impression that this is a scheme to not have to provide customer service to their customers by fraudulently taking money from their account. My reason for canceling my passes is because of continued increases that I have not been notified of. I tried to dispute the charge on my bank statement, but the bank states it must be resolved by calling the customer service number since I had previously given them authorization to deduct from my account. Questions? Go to the merchant's customer service page **** I called again today, it went to voice mail and I was told that the voice mailbox was full. What needs to be done to keep them from ripping off previously good customers.

      Absolutely purposeful bait and switch! After going for a single car wash the attendant told me that for just a few dollars more, I could get unlimited washes through the end of the month (as if it were a special promo that day). That seemed like a good deal, so I agreed. Fast forward 3 months and I return to pay for another single car wash, but this time the gate opens automatically and I'm directed to continue through. Obviously, having not paid I then checked my bank statement to find out that I had been signed up for a $35/month recurring membership. Having now realized this, I sought out the manager on site to discuss it and he directing me to call customer retention. Customer retention told me that there was absolutely nothing they could do about it and continued to tell me about the sign they have on the property that explains the unlimited membership program. It made no difference to them that I hadn't agreed to sign up, nor would I read a sign about something that I wouldn't think pertained to me. The woman I spoke with was very rude and literally just kept repeating "will that be all?" They refused to give any refund, stating the it was company policy and impossible to issue refunds. That said, 2 car washes ended up costing $125. I will not be returning.
