      I was sold on a higher cost for my vehicle do to paint and body work that the dealership performed. I should have had a closer look prior to the purchase. Both sides of the bed show tons of scratches and gouges that they attempted to cover up with a horrible paint touch up! This was the General manager who assured me that they put a lot of paint work into the vehicle. Typical car salesman!

      Absolutely atrocious customer experience. I worked with *** *****. It started with a test drive that led to us discussing numbers. He was mentioning that I was getting over $10,000 for rebates on the car, but I didn't qualify for one because I wasn't financing through them. This particularly rebate was $1000. I was going to cut a check in full but before he knew that information, he printed out a bill of sale with an inaccurate bottom line. Instead of printing, a new bill of sale with the correct number, he stated I could use the wrong bill of sale just to check interest rates. Later, I went to the ************ to secure my financing and came back with a check (mind you, I texted him the incorrect bill of sale to ensure accuracy and he ignored it - pictures below) Once we sat down, he immediately mentioned that the price was incorrect due to the financing rebate and he would not bend the knee to the $1000 at all. I said well, Ill pay it later. Can we at least make the purchase now? No, we couldnt because the system was down. So he couldnt legally sell the car in the first place. The dealership is a ********** IL and I work in ********** **. Thats an hour and 30 minute commute. So with this Knowledge, I asked if he could meet me in the middle at $500 from the $1000, for the inconvenience, and he agreed. He also agreed to deliver the car to me (mind you, we shook hands on this agreement) and it never happened. He wanted me to pay for an **** to ********** and they wouldn't reimbursed me. Which isn't a big deal but afterwards he started to press the thousand dollars again. And at that point I was so inconvenienced I pulled the deal. I had the exact dollar amount to buy the car outright and got neglected and haggled for $1000. This is a perfect display of absolutely atrocious customer service. Do not do business here. And lately, they tried to sell me a brand new car with just one key fob. Disgusting.

      Ive been there 3 times now for service. I found it very easy to do business with them always. I had questions about my car in the past. They explained to me clearly and more importantly they didnt talked down to me. I was quite impressed yesterday when i realized after I dropped off my car for service that my ride couldnt make it and I needed to get to an appointment in 30 minutes. I asked if I could get a loaner, they didnt make a big deal and arranged one for me right away.

      The service department is terrible! They treat women customers awful. My SUV was towed there in May 2024. My SUV was running hot and had power steering issues and noise under the bottom. Castle had my SUV in the service department for eight months. Eight months later and almost $4,000 I was told I needed a motor for an additional $5,000. Why should I pay for the SUV misdiagnosed! The service manager sat quietly as a male service advisor explained to me about K.I.S.S. aka Keeping it simple stupid! That was irrelevant to my car being properly diagnosed and very juvenile! I picked up my SUV in January 2025 out of almost $4,000 and eight months later the SUV had noise under the bottom and it was still running hot. I received service that an alley mechanic provides!

      I used Castle ** for the first time this week due to an unexpected flat tired. Dropped of my vehicle Saturday evening and pleasantly surprised with the warm welcome from the female staff (service department) as well with ***** from the service department the next day. The updates were expected and extremely satisfied with the outcome. The team did a job well done and happy with the results. Appreciate the efficiency for picking up my vehicle and the automated notification. THANK YOU!!!!!!

      I had three recalls on my *** ********** I set up an appointment to bring my car in first thing in the morning. Someone drove me back home, and picked me up when the recalls were complete. They even washed my car for me. Everyone was extremely nice, polite, and generous. They went out of their way to make the experience convenient and a pleasure. Thank you to everyone working in Castle *** service department.
