This **** store is a fun place to buy a car from. It was an easy process working with the sales person and the sales manager. Thank you to ******** and **** for helping me to get approved, I wasn't having luck at other dealerships, but they helped me find the perfect EcoSport within my budget, and with a warranty!

Castle Subaru, in Portage, ******* knowingly sold me a used 2013 Subaru Outback (As is. No warranty) with a bad transmission and conveniently failed to tell me. When I took it to the service department, they charged me over five hundred dollars to tell me I needed to replace the *** transmission. I walked out there in a state of shock. I put my faith in a business to sell me a car of my dreams (As the *** of Subaru pledges) when instead I was sold a nightmare with the word "Sucker" stamped across my forehead. Now I have to come up with five thousand dollars for a new transmission. I called them several times, but nobody will take or return my calls. I love Subaru. I bought a **** Outback in 2007 and it just now started to have issues, so I was determined to buy another one. Now I hate Subaru and I hate the car I bought since with no warranty I'm stuck with it. How dare them do this to a trusting customer??? So, if you want to get scammed, go to Subaru. They get an A+ for that!!!
