      On 1/20/2025 I purchased a vehicle from your dealer. After I arrived home I was reviewing the sales contract and found a $974 fee that was for wheel and tire. I called your dealer to ask about the fee and they said it was a service contract. When I told them I never asked for it he transferred me to the finance manager who handled my sale. He said that the $974 was part of dealer fee for vehicle purchase. He said it gives me the tire and wheel warranty service contract as well. I asked him to send me this contract because it was never included in my paperwork when I left. He emailed me the contract. It had all my sales information filled in expect there were no signatures on it . It clearly states there this contract is not mandatory for purchase or financing. I told him that I never asked for any sort of tire and wheel service contract and it was never even discussed during sale process . I told him I never even signed the document. On the next email he sent me a signed document. I dont believe I ever signed this document. And I can certainly attest that it was never brought up during the sale contract signing. My daughter, who I bought the vehicle for was next to me and she can also attest that this was never brought up. Once I started questioning him about canceling it he said I could. So if this was actually a dealer fee would I be able to cancel it. I don't think so. This was obviously a dishonest tactic to pad the payment. Once again, I NEVER ASKED FOR TIRE AND WHEEL WARRANTY OR WAS THIS EVEN DISCUSSED!!!!!! He told me he could not rewrite the contract, he could only cancel it and send funds to loan. On 1/21/2025 I gave him permission to cancel it as long as full amount $974 was refunded and he provided documentation that it was done for that amount. Since then he has ignored my messages. The general manager has also ignored my claims. I have since went to warranty holder and started the cancellation process myself.

      The sale was pretty straight forward with minimum hassles. The dealership allowed me to take the vehicle home to show my wife and to see if it would fit in the garage.***** had most of the paperwork ready to do the final sale upon our arrival. He also went thru ******** 101" with us before we left the dealership. He also suggested to write down any questions and contact him for more "tutoring" about the Tucson Hybrid controls and features.

      Update: Its been I think 16 weeks now and just got a call from Castle that *** doesn't recognize me as 1st owner since I leased it from *** and bought it out so now they have to submit to third party warranty, Fidelity, to have an adjuster come out to do it. THIS WAS TOLD TO ME OVER A MONTH AGO AND WHAT I WAS WAITING ON....WHAT IN THE ACTUAL HECK IS GOING ON OVER THERE?! MY NEXT CALL IS A LAWYER! Update: Its been 13 weeks and my car still hasn't been repaired. Communication and any sense or urgency is deplorable. The only thing saving my sanity is that they have given me now two loaners. Last I heard was they were "waiting on warranty company". On my 4th **** 2020 Kia ******* with 70k miles on it. In March, to avoid rising interest rates, I bought out my least on my *******. Labor Day weekend, engine shut off on me going 50mph. Never restarted. Had it towed to Castle and as of October 20th, they still have not proceeding with any type of formal diagnosis or conclusion. Two weeks ago I was told my service manager was recently in "customer service training" because of his lack of attention and follow up in regards to my experience and was told by his manager that he'd quickly get things up to par and get things going on it. Two weeks ago was the last I heard from him. The ONLY two reasons I give a 1 star is a.) I can't leave 0. and b.) They did give me a loaner car, a brand new car off the lot with less than 10 miles on it. I've since then put almost 3k miles on this loaner car, so I am not complaining. OH...and the kicker. *** won't honor manufacturer warranty on my car...I will have to deal with my extended warranty. Why, you might ask? I've been the only owner of this car, only driver since day 1. Well, because *** was the title owner the 3 years I leased it...and warranties don't carry over to "new owner" and since I bought out the lease, the paperwork shows me as 2nd owner with a preowned car. What a joke! And that denial is all the way up the Kia ******

      Just a terrible experience. If they shook hands and show you numbers. The real price is on the bill of sale! Make sure you look at the total before signing it because they will try to conversant while the Bill of sale is in between the contract to distract you while signing. Deal couldn't reversed because they have stated that the deal is already pending the day after I drove the car of lot. Losing customers just to earn 3 points for interest and charging 4000$ for car care which dealer cost is under 1500$ or less.

      Had a 2015 handicap accessible Dodge Grand Caravan towed to their service ***** because van locked up and wouldn't start. They said it was a problem with the harness rubbing and shorting out. They repaired it, should have been replaced, cost was ******. Then no fuse kept showing up and I called because that was never a problem before they worked on it. I was told it was the Tipm which would cost ******* to replace which I could not afford to do. Was told other issues might pop up, like other interior lights not working if it wasn't replaced. (scare tactic) I took the car to my brother who is a retired auto mechanic (over 50 years experience). He opened the fuse box, checked fuses for interior lights and found a 20 amp fuse that had blown. Cost $1.00, problem solved. I am an older woman and feel I was taken advantage of by the dealership. I would never go there for a repair or to purchase a vehicle in the future.
