      TERRIBLE RETURN CUSTOMER APPRECIATION. THIS DEALERS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILLINGNESSS TOO DEAL HAS DEFINITELY CHANGED I traded in a 2022 Colorado on an SUV on August 24th 2023. This experience was less than exciting I must say. I have a positive equity on my trade in of several thousands of dollars. I have not heard from anyone about where my check is, I know my salesperson is trying to communicate with whom ever issues the checks but she has had no success as well. I have had several trades here at Castle before with positve equity and never waited more than 2 days for check. I has been 5 business days now and still no word. Thier way of doing business has definitely declined since I last traded there. Which has only been about a year ago.

      I bought a 2013 Dodge Charger SRT8 with only 13.6K miles and having issues with it since I bought it. Prev owner had installed an aftermarket subwoofer and it was killing the battery. I had to remove the system than I was getting engine lights and found I was getting P codes related to the emissions. Had a local Chrysler dealership replace the o2 sensor and fixed the exhaust. Sent Castle Automotive the bill because it was present when I bought the vehicle. They didn't honor this.Now a week later I got another P code related to the emissions. And the saga continues... Castle ********** ********.

      Poor service ***** Brought in ********** Outlander for transmission repairs that were fully under warranty. After 5 days, still waiting for a status call. After leaving 5 messages for a return call back, it never happens. Dealer advertises a shuttle service coupon but told they dont have a shuttle service.

      Told me I had to purchase paint protection plan for $1895.00 after driving 2.5 hours for a vehicle, **** said it would just be added into the sales price if I didnt want the warranty because they had already put the product on vehicle. So the price I was quoted was switched once I arrived and my trade in price was also around $1600.00 Short because **** also said that was because I get a trade in tax credit so basically they they get the credit. I emailed general manager and no response.

      They took advantage of a 90 year old man with memory loss who is frail, uses a ****** yo move and unable to drive. They sold him a vehicle then when he realized he made a mistake when he purchased the vehicle, he returned it within a couple of days. They bought the car back for less than half what he purchased it for a couple days prior. He paid over $8,000 and they gave him $4,000. They refuse to make things right and pay him the difference. Castle Subaru of Portage took advantage of an elderly person so they could pocket an extra $4,000! This is criminal. Beware when dealing with this car dealership!

      Absolutely horrible customer service. Bad sales experience. Never experienced a worse situation at a car dealer before this. Bought the used vehicle all they say is as is no warranty, no help, no service.I returned with my vehicle less than 72 hours later after I brought it home and drove it for the second time front wheels started squeeling very bad, there was vibration in the front wheels, the whole truck was shaking and bouncing terrible going down the road. I asked for help as to what it could be since it did not feel safe to drive. Their service **** took a look and a test drive. He also agreed something was wrong. Although, they did agree to repairs at a later date. I do not feel comfortable working with this dealer any longer as there is no trust in them.Was also confronted on text message by the commercial sales manager for leaving my honest buying experience and reviews online at their request.After his last message I went to the dealership in person to calmly speak with then and got loudly berated infront of everyone on the sales floor from this guy! Threatening me for leaving an honest review. He was telling me this must be my first rodeo buying a vehicle and I don't know what I'm doing and I will have serious reprecussions for leaving my reviews online!

      Our entire buying experience was very pleasant. **** was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through the process. Everyone at castle ford was friendly and helpful. Loving my new vehicle and would recommend **** and dealership to friends and family

      I have only worked with *******************, but he helped me get a new car for my son and daughter. He seemed to know everything about Subaru and got me a great deal within the monthly payments we needed to be at. He is the definition of a true sales professional!
