1 starSTAY AWAY! This Dealership has deceptive sales practices. The price they quote is $6K more when you get to the dealership. They need to be called out for FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Save your time and dont go to this dealership unless your are prepared to pay an extra $6K which was my experience.Review fromRandall M

1 starWorst dealership I have ever seen. They were advertising a Prius for 13,900. Scheduled a test drive and was informed it was ready. Started my journey to the dealership only to get a call stating it just sold. I informed the manager I had just spoke to the guy. She apologized and said they would try to get another. 3 days later it’s back on their site being advertised for 5,000 more than the original. Now I’m being told it’s because prices fluctuate daily. I infomercial the lady someone needs to call to explain.Review fromMaxine T

1 starAbsolutely awful experience at this dealership. I signed a contract and put down a $500 deposit for a 2025 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid on March 22, 2025. The car was promised by May 31, but when the date came and went, no one could give me a straight answer.
David Krochmal told me he would call me back—he never did. When I did finally get him on the phone, he pretended there was "wireless interference" in a blatant attempt to hang up on me. I called him out on it because the dishonesty was so obvious.
Then I spoke with Chris Sberna, who also promised a follow-up call about the status of my car and contract. Unsurprisingly, that call never came either.
Finally, after being ignored and lied to repeatedly, I threatened legal action. Only then did Jason Mayes respond and move forward with processing my refund. It took weeks of chasing down answers and invoking legal consequences just to be treated with basic decency.
The customer service here is disgraceful. Their communication is nonexistent unless you're making threats. They mishandled my order, failed to meet delivery timelines, and showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability throughout.
Do not buy a car from here. The BBB giving this place an A+ rating makes me question whether the Better Business Bureau is even legitimate anymore.
Save yourself the stress—go elsewhere.Review fromDerek B

1 starThis place is the absolutely worst business ever, by a very large margin. They're a complete joke! Not a single one of the employees has ever done what they said they'd do for us. First, when we purchased a vehicle there about two years ago, they tried to sell us one that was smoking (for $20K). Then after agreeing on a different vehicle, they said they'd get the dents fixed. So we get that scheduled. The car is a van. I get there to pick up the rental (an agreed on van or comparable)... they give us a compact car. I tell them that won't work, we have kids. They say I'll have to reschedule. I agree to just take the car and find a way to make it work. Then, the repairs take twice as long as they said it would, only to have only half of the dents and scratches repaired. The service department has continued to be an issue through, consistently taking longer than they say oil changes, etc. will take. Then, to top it off, the van gets totaled. After going through hoops to get our money back on the extended warranty, we find out months later that their payment processor, **************** has continued taking payments from us. It's now been over a month since we told them that we want our money back, and keep getting the runaround. Also, the service department continues to call us asking about scheduling the next oil change, when we've already told them that it's been totaled on numerous occasions.Ed Napleton ***** is a truly awfully run business.Special shoutout to the ** *** ******* for continuing to brush us off. And not clearing any of his voicemails. How unprofessional could you be to have your mailbox full. Also, special shoutout to ********* *******, the warranty leiason for just plain being nasty and rude, and of course terrible at her job. Thanks,*****Review fromLisa J

1 starThe absolute worst customer service I've experienced in my entire life. Never buy a ***! My *** is one of the years that had an engine recall, due to their engines spontaneously combusting/exploding. They have been doing absolutely everything they can to not give me the engine that is owed for the recall. My car is still under the correct warranty, and this was verified. They made me pay a ton of money to get a new knock sensor so they could "make sure it wasn't a faulty sensor" and "it's part of protocol". They told me that I would for sure get my new engine after the new knock sensor goes off. This process took almost a month, and they wouldn't return any calls after always saying they would. After a few months, the check engine light is flashing again and showing the code for engine failure, so I bring in my ***, assuming they would stay true to their word like decent human beings would. Instead, they try to sell me another knock sensor (the first one has a one year warranty and it's only been a few months), and a bunch of random overpriced things that had also been replaced a few months prior. They just try to make you buy a bunch of things you don't actually need in hopes that you'll either buy it all blindly or trade in your vehicle. I reminded them that all of these were replaced and the tech admits to not looking at the sheet before sending it over. Supposedly he has submitted a ticket with *** service and is waiting to hear back from them for a few weeks. They are once again not returning calls and are ignoring texts. They said they would give me a loaner vehicle while they repair mine. I did not receive a loaner last time or this time, and it has already been over 9 weeks that I am without a vehicle. Do not waste your time with this dealership or ***. When your faulty product is literally killing people it shouldn't be such an immense hassle to replace the broken component. Now they're making me pick it up & are refusing to honor the recall and warranty.Review fromJustyn S

1 staras a long term employee and customer of the ************************+years) i can confidently say they are the lousiest company to work for or do any kind of business with, they treat their employees and customers like absolute garbage, to them every one is just a number and a blank checkbook and the only people they look out for is them selves. without a second though they will squeeze every ***** and hour of labor from their employees and then refuse to compensate them fairly.the ******** children should be ashamed of themselves for turning the company their father built into the flaming dumpster fire it is today.Review fromPatrick R

1 starPlease be advised: this dealership is 100% preying on uninformed buyers. Their deceptive sales tactics are beyond unprofessional and need to be addressed by upper management/ownership immediately. Our salesman (***) told a female friend, whom I was attempting to help navigate the process (without me being in the room), that Florida law REQUIRES a down payment on leased Kias: are you kidding me?! After explaining that this claim is 100% inaccurate and deceptive, the finance department manager (********, I believe) told us thats how they structure their deals. If we didnt like it, we could leave immediately. You could literally see the panic in their faces after being called out. To anyone considering buying/leasing from Napleton on Northlake - please do not let them bully you into an unfair (and borderline illegal) deal. I hope this review helps. Side note: theyre also adding in unwanted protection plans into the cost of the leases. Even if you choose to opt out and decline the package, finance will insist theyre not allowed to remove the plan per Kias rules. Again, incredibly predatory practices targeting those that are afraid to push back.Review fromJared O

1 starWorst customer service I have had in my life. Tried to buy a vehicle from this place to have shipped. The salesman *** (nice guy) made a mistake some how with the price on the payoff order then I get a call from finance manager 3 days late some guy named ***** saying the price changed we need to add tax, title, registration. I ask why cause sales man said I would do that on my side he said thats not how banks work. I proceed to call my bank and they call the dealership on 3 way and leave a message and tell them they have no problem with them shipping vehicle and me doing title on my side. I call back ***** is rude of course because why not and I ask for a manager. I then get the guy who is on the payoff order **** ( sales manager) and he is rude because probably friends with ***** instead of being a professional. He argues with me and then says I cant talk to anyone else. Finally, I get another guy who says he is a sales manager and he argues with me I offer to 3 way bank to figure it out he refuses he says we own the car this is the way its going to be done I say thats fine the bank is saying something different and they own the money lol. Ultimately, he finally offer a apology and I move on because no one minus *** and the receptionist had the least bit of professionalism and acted like they were doing me a favor for me to give them my money. 1 starRefundable deposit. I have called, text, emailed and sent a message through the website about a refundable deposit we put on a vehicle. I have the receipt and we decided against the vehicle. Talked to **** ******** and was informed that they would refund us by mail and to expect the check in a few weeks at the latest. That was around April 7th, 2025. It is now June 2. I can not get anyone to answer or return a call or text. I have tried multiple numbers. This is unacceptable. 3 minutes out of one persons day could completely alleviate this but apparently they would rather bully their customers and leave them in the dark.
