****************** of *********** **, has the worst service department. We bought a brand new VW Taos and the fuel door was broken. The fuel door sensor would go off often while driving or sitting in the drive way killing the battery. It took 4 trips to napelton to have the door fixed. They lie and try to tell you that you left dents in the loaner vehicle and when you ask to see it they cant find the damage and arent able to show you because you were able to wipe off the dirt with your finger that they believed was a dent.

My 2012 Tucson Hyunda was broken into and vandalized. I had it towed to Napleton dealership on *************. in *********, **. on 6/30/2022. A price quote for repairs was emailed to them from my insurance *** on 7/6/2022 to confirm and ok a work repair order for my car. The dealership did not respond. For, about three weeks my car was neglected any type of mechanic diagnostic testing. By this time, ALL of my time for a rental car limited, had expired. The cost for gas in the car was gone. Now I have to pay, out of pocket, for 10 more days of car rental fees. I, and my insurance *** called to complain. The services advisor said he was sorry, but he couldn't open a PDF, in the email. That's why he did not respond to the ****************** I guess nobody in the ********* dealership, Service manager, General Manager, ******************** department, Secretary, Receptionist, Techs, ************* services, or Corporate, could tell him how to open it. Or could he pick up the phone and call the ****************** WARRNING DO NO BUSINESS WITH NAPLETON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE OF THE INCOMPETENTS, INEPT, UNPROFESSIONAL, INADEQUATE, UNQUALIFIED, SUBSTANDARD, THAT THEY OPERATE IN!!!! Don't believe their advertisement of the customer will be, "satisfied"? Don't drink the *****AID!!!! I'm just a little security guard trying to make ends meet and the BILLION DOLLAR NAPLETON DON"T CARE! I went to get a Tesla on 07/19/2022 while trading in my Audi Q3. I managed to negotiate the trade in price for Q3 at ******. We were about to run my credit when the manager (***********************************) intervened and said he had made a mistake with the stock number and they don't have enough room to offer ******. They can only do ******. This was their first mistake but the manager and sales person apologized. Mistakes happen and I understand. We couldn't agree on price so there was no deal :(On 07/20/2022, I texted them and asked if it is possible to meet in the middle (******) and I will buy it. They said no and I respect that. They did tell me if I can go to a CarMax and get it appraised they will match it. I confirmed this with them twice and they said we price match Carmax.07/21/2022 I physically go in and get the appraisal done. CarMax is at ******. I now send them a copy and ask will you match this before I drive out. They said absolutely, we do it numerous times. They matched it to ****** and said I will save **** in taxes. I will save that no matter where I trade in based on the value of trade in.Me: "I confirmed multiple times you will price match it before I came in and you said yes. This is a waste of my time"Manager: "You need a vehicle. You are not wasting time. I won't lose sleep if you buy this vehicle or not"Me: "This is f***************" (I know I shouldn't swear but I stand with that statement because it literally was a waste of my time and his response was not what I was expecting).Manager: "Get the f**k out of here. You do not get to play the victim card". (Yes he used those exact words)And so I did, I left without buying the car.

I have a 2015 Dodge Durango RT. I towed it into Dodge to get it fixed. They gave me the truck back with gas leaking because the floor was cut out which I found out from another dodge dealer. They told me it was like that when it got there and It is not they job to inform me that the car has a hole in the frame and that the gas leaking could cause the car to set on fire. They told me that also told me they only have to fix what is wrong and not tell me that is not there job.

I have a 2020 ******* Santa Fe that was purchased new on Nov. 30, 2020, from ************************** but I get my service from the ********* location. In May of 2022, my front passenger seat belt stop fastening. On June 10th, I had an appointment at the ********* location and was told the seat belt buckle was indeed broken and had to be ordered because there was none in stocks. I was told this normally only happens twice a year. I received a call that the part was in and an appointment was made for June 17th at 1:30. My husband and I arrived at 1:20 and sat there until 4:45 when we were told it was the wrong part. The part box described the correct passage seat belt buckle, but it was actually the drive side. In speaking to the service rep, I asked about getting a loaner car because riding in the car is unsafe but was told they couldn't give me a loaner. I asked if they could disengage the seat belt **** and was told that would be a safety issue. I told him driving without a seat belt is a safety issue. On June 28th, I called the service department twice to check the part and was finally told by ******** it wasn't in, and they will call me when it is. I then called the dealership Manager, ********************* and left a voicemail about my concerns about the danger that me and my family are in by riding without a passenger seat belt. **************** returned my call within minutes and stated that he understood and would look into it and see if there was something he could do to get the part in. There was no follow-up call, so I left a message on his voicemail on 6/29 and 6/30. At this point I advised him that he and his dealership is aware that I am riding in a car that's been documented and known is a safety hazard. I also informed him that if there are any damages to me, any of my family members or anyone riding in my car, I will hold him, his employees and the dealership liable. They tried to rent me a small car that I can't get into due to my disability. Said I would have to pay

Poor customer service after you buy a car from them. I bought extra insurance for free oil changes for six years. The catch was I had to take car there after the initial warranty was over. I did not know this, I thought it would be good at any ****** dealership. Found this out once I took car in for normal maintenance and had to pay $69. What they do for $69 I have no idea except maybe tire rotations. I would never buy another car from them. Nothings been resolved and I am fed up! Thank
