    Ordered a fender for a car May 17 2023 and paid for it via e-check upon their request. Was told multiple times fender "was on it's way" and it never came.July 21, 2023 I cancelled my order. I never got my refund. After contacting this company to ask about my refund, they began asking for my banking account information. I sent them a copy of my invoice, which I received from them, and a copy of the cashed e-check. They are refusing to send me my refund.

    *** ordered a 2013 ***** equinox engine from this company back in May 2023 and have yet to receive the engine or the refund . Ive called the company and I get a person thats rude and says nothing but ok or is disrespectful. They have said it was on its way and still have not received the part . *** asked for a refund and cant even get confirmation of that from them. So at this point Id like to seek my refund from ******************* that *** spoke to was ********************* , ******* ,and ** .

    Ordered a right side taillight for a **** Pontiac Fiero GT from Performance Auto salvage on May 31st, 2023 and paid them $220. The part never arrived. They sent pictures of the taillight and I agreed on the condition and price. I had a buyer for the car for $15,000. once I replaced the taillight. He backed out of the deal after waiting over a month for me to get it and install it. The company finally said I'd get a refund in7-10 days after saying for over a month that the part was shipped to the wrong place, that when they removed it from the car to send to me it broke, etc.,etc. It was funny how the part broke when they were pulling it from a salvage car, YET the pictures that were sent to me were ALREADY out of a car and sitting on the floor of some warehouse. Anyway, I want my refund of $220. PLUS compensation for losing the sale and STILL NOT having the part I need. There are taillights out there but few and far between. The only set I can now purchase without cracks and delamination (like the ones Performance showed me originally) are about $1,000. IF they can send me a refund AND the correct, not cracked taillight for my Fiero GT I would settle for that as a resolution.Thank you for your time and help in this matter!

    On May 22nd 2023, I ordered a replacement transmission for my 2017 Malibu. I paid in full, $1749.00 that day and was told the item would ship in 10 to 12 days and that I would receive a tracking number in an email. Then I received a call at 6:47 pm EST and was told the transmission would arrive in Thursday June 8th. I texted my transmission mechanic to make sure he had the receiving staff on duty all day to accept the delivery. Thursday June 8th came and went, no transmission. I placed a follow up phone call on June 9th to ask why I did not receive the tracking number and was told the Item has not yet shipped. They stated that the transmission was being picked up by the shipping company that day and would arrive next week. After another follow up call and not receiving a tracking number for the third consecutive week, I was told again, next week. Finally I called you on Wednesday June 21st to see what was happening with my order and request the *** number from the transmission to confirm with my mechanic an exact fit. You promised to email me the *** number and did not. The next day after not receiving the *** number as promised, I call you and cancelled the order and requested a refund. You accepted and stated that there should be no return fees, and someone from accounting would be calling me. Then, on Friday June 23rd at 11:42 am, I received a call from one of your staff stating that the transmission would arrive next week. I told them that I had cancelled yesterday and was placed on hold, then told again someone would contact me about my refund. Here it is July 11th and nothing from you in my refund,

    I bought a transmission that was guaranteed and inspected, if it failed I was told i would get my money back, I had it put in by 360 auto a premier auto shop in my area, I have had lots of work done there. They have taken the car apart and checked this transmission on two occasions and it is Faulty. I did not sign their warranty because they were shipping it from another state and I didnt get to inspect the part. Now I'm glad I didn't.I have paced several calls to *************** and ********************* but I am not getting a return call on this matter

    On April 13th I purchased an auto side mirror on their website. They said shipping would be 3 -5 buisness days. On April 20th I still had not received the product and requested a tracking number. None was provided. I then called and was hung up on 3 times. I then filed a claim with my bank, ***** and they refunded the money. They contacted Performance Auto Salavage and they sent documentation to CHASE showing that I received the shipment. ***** then took the $215 out of my account. I requested the documentation from CHASE. Once I received it, I verified that the documentation were fraudulent. One shipment has a deliver date of 4/7, which is before I even ordered the part - FEX tacking number ************ to Metifee ********** and anothr shipping document for ***** Pro#I6121482775 to a company called ***** SERVICES in North Flat, NE. This company has refused to refund my money for a product that they never shipped and I never received.***** has advised that I have to take it up with the merchant, who just hangs up on me.

    The order was placed by the customer for a side mirror and as per the companies shipping term and condition it takes ***** business days to deliver the part to the customer shipping address and hence we shipped the part on 04/21/23 vis R$L carriers and the part got delivered to the customer shipping address which was provided while placing the order and hence after receiving the part customer never contacted us with any issue and just disputed the charges and hence we provided the documents to bank and won the dispute

    I bought a pickup bed from this company for ******* . I paid with a check by providing routing number and acct number . Transaction was in May 1 2023 . As of June 1 I still have not recieved bed . I have called and emailed numerous times . I have been told I will receive bed by certain day and it doesnt come . I call back and am lied to again . The last person I talked to at thier off ice told me no one can help me
