      Trying to call to pay a bill right now, especially if its past due and you have to have it paid they do not answer the phone. You sit in the que when there is always 30 people in the que Monday - Friday when you get to caller number 1 finally it cuts you off and makes you leave a voicemail . Its almost like they dont want you to pay your bill so youre not covered. It is the only way to get ahold of them. Ive wasted most my day just sitting on speaker waiting on them to answer the **** phone This needs to be fixed its really starting to **** me off!! Its every **** month its time to pay!!!

      I had a life insurance with another company. I cancelled my policy. The following month agent **** ****** entered my information with this company. I did not talk to him in person or on telephone authorizing a life insurance policy to be initiated with Royal Neighbors. My bank info was entered. My account was charged $46.48. This is illegal activity. I see it as theft.The company did cancel the policy and refund funds. It will take 21 days to receive. I would recommend no one do business with **** ******

      Billed me for a few months without me knowing. Agent told me I wouldnt get charged before sending the paperwork back but lo and behold Im out of money. Quiet payments with no receipts, and no indication that youre paying. Dishonest group, would never recommend.

      I got suckered in to getting an policy. The ************* that sold it to me would not cancel it. I sent 3 emails and text messages. He would not answer. So I call the ************ The lady told me I would get my 2 payments they took plus overdraft fees in 7-10 business days. That time frame has past. Now I'm on the phone with them again to see if I get all my money. If not I'm contacting a lawyer and going to court or I'll be a pain in their backside until I get all my money back.

      They've come straight w/o any compromise to integrity or talking one sided. I'm ok with the group. I've forwarded info to family and my personal contacts. At my time of grieving, my emotions are off the charts and moving in multiple directions. This isn't the time to be rubbing coins together to put any one to rest. Rest your nerves and invest in yourself. Save those in the family financially challenged... we all have them!! They show up with an appetite, yet, their hands out. It doesn't take an inheritance to start being responsible. If you're irresponsible then youre "amongst the missing." Someone has to bear your burden. Sharing is caring! No coins to give away, however, I've love and info to help you get your life right. Just Do it! You'll invest in a pair of sneakers promoting "Just Do It!" Promote your spiritual growth to your homegoing. Put your policy in respect. We'll all gonna leave this early home someday.lm just not trying to speed up mine!

      Such an amazing company. It seems all these bad reviews are from people who just like to complain. My whole family has been with them since before I was born. At this point theyre the family insurance company and theyve never done us wrong, made us wait for a claim or anything like these other people mention

      They were great. After my father passed they helped process the claim very quickly. I even took out a policy for myself. Highly recommend!!

      Although these people use positive words and persuasive reasoning why they are a good company, I believe they took advantage of my Grandmother. She was manipulated into purchasing the Senior Whole Life Simplified Issue plan which was thought to be a good choice. I'm very disappointed in these people who took advantage of a helpless elderly woman.
