      My Father passed in October of last year. We contacted his insurance provider, and continuesly get letters that it's under investigation. Really he's dead from natural causes what more do they need. We have provided everything they have requested and still nothing. I will never , recommend this company to anyone. ITS A COMPLETE RIP OFF OF THE ELDERLY.

      My mother passed 2016 and they have yet to pay out! I get the monthly letter saying investigation still pending. She has been gone 7 years and I have paid all bills out of pocket! This company is a SCAM! DO NOT BUY A POLICY FROM THEM!

      My father passed on 02/09/2020. Royal Neighbor of America contacted me in May of 2022 about my father's insurance claim. Here it is February of 2023. I have sent these people all the information they asked for. They are sending my nephew letters and the family history when I am the administrator of my father's estate. Every month I receive a letter that says your claim is still pending due to an investigation. These people need to be investigated.

      an absolute joke this company is! By law it should only take up to 30 days to pay UNLESS the death occurred within 2yrs of first payment which is NEVER mentioned when you apply! Now the only thing they don't tell you is within 24 payments and your spouse dies we have the right to deny the claim for just about anything and take up to a year before we shit on you!!!!!!!!! THIS IS EVERY LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY! My wife died 3 months ago , i reported and explained my dismal situation to be told this shit! Now i am homeless with no help or programs available to me. i'm disabled and only receive 1100 a month disability! i have lost my parents to covid and my wife to malpractice all this YEAR! THESE ASSHOLES COULD CARE LESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! there excuse is WE USE A THIRD PARTY FOR THEIR INVESTIGATIONS... i have sold everything i can. now i truly have nothing because they just cannot honor what they claim! a mere 15,000 dollars!!!!!!!!!! i'll be dead before i see a penny!! THANKS ROYAL ASSWIPES OF AMERICA!!!!!!!!!!!!
