      There has been a false claim made on a insurance claim where the wife put her son down as beneficiary on her husband claim without his knowledge and the wife son wouldn't sign off so the man could be bury you see God don't like ugly the wife die first but this insurance company you can't get in contact with no one to discuss this

      These folks troll nursing homes selling funeral insurance, which is unethical and illegal. If you call the help line, they eventually force you to leave a message, but the mailbox is full. This business is clearly fraudulent and all involved should be put in jail!

      What a scam of a company. My mother bought a 1000$ certificate in **** it appears the cash out value is less than that amount. Have been on hold being 16 in cue, when I reached caller 7 Que it dropped me off. Currently on hold again.

      Agreed with all ratings. This company takes advantage of elderly and has the worst customer service. Policy owner for over 20 years, and ended up canceling it due to continued increase cost and pushed us out of the policy. Random notices of lasped coverage when we've been making payments. The headache is NOT worth it.

      Buyer beware.They sure like to take your money buy when it comes time to pay, it's an absolute joke. I would never recommend this company to anyone

      Horrible Company, Buyers Beware!My Mom took out a small policy in ****. She died 1.5 years ago. My *********** were unaware of the policy. My sister received a notice. We each called Royal Neighbors to provide our info. I faxed a copy of the death cert. with all our info. repeated on the cover sheet of the fax. I called to verify fax received, three days later. The company managed to get all our addressed incorrect and everytime you call, it is another **** days to receive the required forms. This has been going on since 7/7/23.

      Company as a joke moms been paying on it since she got it in October 2021. I realize that it hasnt been two years and theres an issue. However they said the investigation could take up to a year and they say that they are going to hold onto all of the money and the policy money and tell her investigations complete. I cant even apply for it until the give me the papers and I still have no paperwork from them to apply for it. The certificate said $10,000 on my moms online account right before I called and then it told me that the payout was $9313 based on the fact that she still had another month and a half to go before it became two years. Then after I called, I got back online to look at the account and now it just says that the certificate amount is to call customer service. Theres no amount and Im unable to see the details of the policy. I have no way to take care of my mothers remains and I dont know what Im going to do this is an absolute scam. Do not purchase a life insurance policy from these people.

      These people made a mistake in my billing. Took them months to correct it and now they have done it again. Their method of handling it this time...ignoring me. Don't get involved with them. I don't think they know what they're there for.

      I've tried to get a hold of this company because I can't afford to pay the premium anymore, but they never get back with me! And now I'm overdrawn in my checking account thanks to them!

      Their staff procrastinated for a month and was very lazy on keeping documents sent by EMAIL. One employee recorded my email wrong, but recited it correctly. They’re VERY LAZY. This is extremely inconsiderate in this type of work, burial insurance. My father was an Airman veteran and this company is a rip off and charged extra fees, still no $$$ sent to the funeral home.
