      Gallagher and ******* have bad faith that insurance company isn’t there to help you but hurt you. The tactics are evil they have no shame it’s disgusting.

      Horrible customer service, contact was ****** ******. Trying to resolve a claim with one of their clients: Waste Management. Left three voice mails for Travis, with no response, finally got him on phone, he did not acknowledge receiving the voice mails, said he had been busy. Found him to be of no help, good luck if one has to deal with him.

      When you see the name GALLAGHER INSURANCE....run...unless you want to be lied to, given the run around, ignored and have your policy tampered with.They will put you at risk and make up false excuses. They are horrible liars that takes no accountability for their negligence and poor customer service.

      Zero stars if possible!! This is the absolute worst company ever!!! My father had his foot ran over by a fork lift by another employee and this insurance company resolution manager ******************* has never returned a phone call from us. We have called on many different phone numbers. He never returned them or our messages. Never gave us any updates on my father. Holding off on pay. And He Treated us like s*** when he finally answered. And said we denied your surgery , and you will get a letter, Im done speaking to you. How is that possible !!??? How can you deny someone from surgery that was another persons fault! My fathers foot is broke and needs surgery and they wanna deny it!! Lawyer up people!! Because you will need it dealing with these inconsiderate employees. *******************!!!!! The worst individual!!! He needs to be fired!!!

      Work comp rep wont answer emails, havent been paid! this has been happening since I was first injured 1/20/23. Horrible company! As if being injured isnt enough!

      I experienced a bad resolution, after the store let me know their insurance cover the dagame to my vehicle, the store's manager referred me to Gallagher Insurance to cover the cost of my of damage with a property of *******. The report of the accident 01/19/2023 3:30 reference # Manager *****************************. manager take pictures and notice the shopping car hit the door of my vehicle when it was parked, the hit scratched and dented the left side, the resolution for ******** after 1 month said evidence shows any liability on behalf of our client. They only determined the wind caused the damage, but in reality, the crew in charge of collet all shopping cars notice how all cars go strig to hit my car hi can control all but ******* is responsible to prevent their corrals from shopping cars are more efficient, the corrals on another store in a same shopping center like ******* or **** has a stopper metal line for a car don't go out the corral . The manager's ******* reports the claim because they notice and saw all the damage the shopping car caused. I expect to take action and cover the damage, and prevent future accidents.

      I was supposed to get a refund from Gallagher since December 2022. It is been over 5 months and still no processing despite continuous phone calls and follow up.I cannot believe how unprofessional this is to do for customers. Truly a shame and I will never recommend that to anyone.

      On 09.20.2019 a **************** truck insured by Gallagher Bassett struck a tree that tour the electrical lines from the side of my house. The **************** driver proceeded to attempt to untangle the live lines and the fire department was called to cordon off my home as a high voltage area. A claim was submitted to Gallagher Bassett the day of the incident. Photos were provided, and I was told that I would hear back. I continued to follow up with Gallagher Bassett regularly for 3.5 years. I requested an address to which my attorney could send a letter (no response), I sent emails requesting an update (no repsonse), I submitted inquiries with the main office line and the direct call for this agent, I requested a supervisor's information (no response), and I made phone calls and left voicemails (no response). On 04/13/2023 I was finally given a response stating that the claim was denied because it is past the statute of limitations. I am being told that I received this information via phone calls that did not happen. I asked if these calls were recorded because I was never given the information that they're telling me I was given, but they're stating the calls are not recorded they just take notes in an internal file. For a company to claim that the statute of limitations has lapsed when they have not responded to inquiries for over 3 years despite the claim being submitted the day of an incident is a gross insurance misconduct. An investigation was necer conducted to determine liability. I have records of my repeated attempts to contact the insurance agency via email and phone.

      This company does not live up to its motto. I have been trying to get in touch with the assigned adjuster since February 2023. She does not return any calls to my attorney or the state. I've been dealing with her since January and still no cooperation. She refuses to file my claim with the state and refuse to give me payments that I rightfully so deserve as well as entitled to. Not responding to a claimant and their attorney only make matters worse. I hope this gives the next person insight on what to expect when dealing with these unprofessional people behind the scene. This company needs to close its doors for the pain they inflict on the injured by not doing what they are paid to do.They really deserve a 0 rating for the service they do not provide.

      My husband was injured at his place of employment and has Gallagher and Bassett for his compensation. It has been 100% inconsistent communication, they absolutely will not return phone calls and emails are only returned with partial information. It's beyond disgusting how they handle their communication.
