1 starGallagher is a joke. This is coming from someone who used to work there and still speaks regularly to people that continue to work at Gallagher. From someone that used to work there - in reading the BBB reviews, it seems like everyone seems to have the same consensus ****************** is terrible. I will tell you the reason why, it is because the whole company is simply smoke and mirrors - ***************** Agents will do whatever they can to get Employers to employ Gallagher. Once the Employer has hired them, there is no accountability to Gallagher Management or the Staff on how they treat employees. Most of the Managment employed, do absolutely nothing - they are incredibly racist and lack serious diversity on all levels of staffing. I remember times when Management would laugh when people would call in with accents. If someone were to call in about an unresolved issue, and request to speak to a Manager at Gallagher ... Management would reply "I am not here" or " I am about to leave". The Staff at ******** is all miserable, because the expectation is to take 1 million calls, back-to-back, with timed bathroom breaks and people are not allowed to speak to one another. The environment is incredibly toxic and stressful. Staff has suffered strokes, heart attacks, and seizures. Everyone I know that is currently employed is looking for a new job, always. I am not a vindictive person or one who bad mouths previous employers. But Gallagher is a joke! They do not care about your business or your employees - they just want the account, sad but true. I believe that people, especially now should know the truth about who they are going into business with and how that business treats its Staff and what the day-to-day environment is really like. Yes this company has an A+ on BBB, but in real life/real time- Gallagher Upper ********************************** HR know the truth - if you speak up as an employee, they find a way to get rid of you. 1 starI have been dealing with GB since November 2021. I have never been able to reach my adjuster. She never returns calls or emails. I have not been released from my surgeon yet. She has cut my checks without notice. I have reported a missing/lost check back in Aug and that was never reissued. This company is a joke. Treat the clients like a piece of c***. I was told a supervisor would return my call within 48 hrs. Its been 5 days. I am going to blast the adjuster. ****************************I had a totally reverse shoulder replacement. Was still working up until that surgery. Which took 10 months to get approved. Im a diesel mechanic. So I was having to do all my restrictions with my left arm. Which caused issues with my what was my good arm. Because of overcompensating with my good arm, I know have a tear. So I have no income because because they stopped my check with no notice. That was Aug 5. Still have not been told why. Single father with no income and No approval to get my shoulder repaired.Review fromRoxanne B

1 starThey have the worse customer service in the history of time. My broker has changed 4 times now and I never know until I try to reach them. My car was written off after an accident and the repair shop told me, it was 4 days before anyone from Gallagher got back to me.Recently I called for some information, they told me who my broker was, I said *** been trying to reach him for 4 days now, they proceeded to transfer me 3 times. Finally someone answered my question. All I needed was a simple you cant do that, instead I got an agent that kept saying hmmm.Had enough I will find someone else who will at least answer my calls. 1 starI had an accident at work and unfortunately gallagher bassett is who my work has work comp thru. It took five weeks to recieve any wage comp payments. I was never able to reach any of my representatives. I had dr ****** for physical therapy that they would not approve in a timely matter resulting in therapy visits being canceled. I sure hope my company wises up and finds another insurance for workmans comp soon, so noone else at my work has to deal with them if they get injured.Review fromBailey G

1 starThese people are a joke. One of their insured drivers hit me and wouldnt even comprehend my side of the story. Incredibly rude even though they are suppose to be professional. They handle **************** which is another third party. It took 5 days to hear back about anything. ******************************* whos the resolution manager is completely unprofessional and doesnt know how to do her job.Review fromDavid E

1 starThey are garbage never return calls or emails they always have an excuse on why things haven't been approved or anything nothing but the run around my case Mgr and her supervisor are a complete joke I honestly don't see how they have a job ************************* and ************************* out of ****** ** horrible if I could give zero stars I would getting them to even send me my money was like pulling teeth from a tiger anyway there just garbageReview fromCindy E

1 starThey are the administrator allegedly for ************************ When contacting them the customer service is absolutely the worst ever. I was told I owed money for policies not paid due to change in system. Upon further research the policies they billed me for are not mine. I have requested copies of the policy for comparison to no avail. I pulled my paperwork and the amounts don't match. I also requested to file a dispute and they advised you have to write in the request. In this day and age. I also requested for autopay to be cancelled since they are unable to provide any clarification or verification that the policy belong to me. They advised the request will be submitted. No verification could be provided for anything I have asked. Also, when I view my bank statement it shows Gallagher ph# ************. I called the phone number and the message says 360 coverage plus which is not Gallagher. The customer service number on letter I received shows ************. When calling this number they answer as Gallagher. This is also the prior number# that appeared on my bank statement. It seems to me Gallagher is funneling money through a dummy or shell account. I worked in banking the account name should match the name funds are deposited to unless it's disclosed as a processing company not a complete different company that doesn't even offer the same services. I will also be contacting the **** System thinks I am leaving confidential info so need to change phone numbers slightlyReview fromErnesto S

1 starAutozone I had an accident at autozone. The insurance adjuster. Was Gallagher and Basset I had this accident over a year ago. I was Walking in to autozone with a battery. I was coming in to purchase a battery or a starter. I was coming into the store. I Noticed .matts On the floor. So I stopped. And wipe my feet off. The moist and water. So then I continue. And when I got off the Matts I slipped came down falling on my right knee. I let the manager at autozone know that I Slipped On the floor. there At autozone. I went home after My leg started hurting A couple of days after that. Yes, When I would walk. my knee knee would give out. It was like extra weight was on my knee. Right knee I'll I call Gallagher and Bassett. I received No medical attention. he told me they had no medical. Insurance They did not tell me how to go about this After we talk About it a while. He told me He was going to send me A $400 check. Hardship Check, and this had nothing. To do with The injury case that was evolving.So I got the $400 check and Deposit it it in my account. Later they would not return my call or accept my call. So I Went got a lawyer, a attorney. Now I'm going to court on this matter. Gallagher is claiming. That I I've got paid. That is a lie. They told me to use the $400 to go find medical attention. Not to Settle my case. What kind of scam is this? I never got scammed by insurance. Adjuster When you can't trust your insurance companies or your adjuster. The person handling your insurance case.you can't trust nothing no more.? Insurance adjuster Is supposed to be On a recorded line. There's got to be records somewhere. Of the phone conversation with the adjuster. Since then, the Insurance Company that was supposed to be in ********. That I talked to at the time of the accident have closed down. Due to fragile.Claim I'm not leaving no stars for this review. 1 starGB is in charge of my claim through ***************** It's been several months since a waste management team member destroyed my mailbox and I was told it would be replaced in a very timely fashion. I have to constantly reach out to this insurance provider and no one responds. It's a less than 500 dollar claim that they have yet to process and pay despite the fact that **************** already claimed full responsibility. Every time I email the employee assigned to my case, I am sent another email to contact someone else, then when I contact that person I get another email about how they too are out of the office. I haven't received my payment because apparently nobody actually works at this insurance company.Review fromPi M
