      I have our project book now for several months and keep getting nothing but Excuses as to why the work is not done!! And they won't do the work if it's Cloudy out what the h*** kind of an excuse is that!!!

      I had the best experience with Feldco. No high pressure sales. ****** was so good at explaining everything. I had 9 windows replaced. Didnt have to wait a long time for them. The installer was highly knowledgeable and everything was cleaned up before he left.

      After a recommendation from a friend, we decided to have Feldco out to give us a quote for our windows and storm doors.We initially had some concerns as a competitor of theirs had informed us of the * BBB rating.The sales rep was very professional and explained that Feldco had a consistent Arating with BBB for over 30 years. The * rating was given because Feldco would not comply with the BBBs advertising standards.Apparently, they do not want companies to use the word free in their advertising.Since our friend had a good experience, we decided to use them as we really liked their product quality.The experience was a positive one from start to finish and we could not be happier with our new windows and storm doors. We had one small issue with one of the windows and it was corrected within a few days.We have another group of windows to install next year and look forward to working with them again.
