      This company needs to be reported for fraud!! I called feldco for roof repair for my mother who is a 76 year old senior citizen, and was told they only install new roofs. I agreed to an estimate. After **** came for an estimate, he reported one price. I got financing that day through ***** Fargo and signed the contract. The salesman then called back AFTER the estimate and said more money needed to be added to the contract. I agreed to an additional $1300 be added on to a problem he said he didnt notice because someone else needed to come out to inspect my roof. that man said it would not be a problem and no cost would be added. It was a frustrating but finally they came to repair my roof. As soon as they repaired the roof **** called and said an additional $2300 would be needed now and to sign the paperwork to Indicate I was pleased with the roof. If I did not get this call from him asking me for more money, ($2300) I would have signed his paperwork. It has not been 30 days and the shingles are flying upwards, my inside ceiling is turning brown from a lack of flashing that was not included and my gutter was smashed and now gushes water against my house. This has been a nightmare since the estimate. I wish I would have come here first for their F rating before contracting this company. Feldco indicated I need new wood and would replace the old wood, but has only showed me pictures of the wood taken out. I asked **** to show me the pictures of the wood replacement but he still hasnt responded. Ive been threatened that my account will be turned over to another department now. They only want to do things their way and not listen to the consumer. This company is not working for the customer but to steal money. ********************

      The sales rep ******** a 3-D model of the windows to demonstrate their par excellence in comparison to other windows. But the windows do not stand up to the presentation or quality. I purchased 8 double hung windows and have had to call twice for repair of the same window that has cracked the same way. I had to pay $58 just for the tech to come out and this was a few years ago. I called again because the window has cracked in the same way AGAIN and another window has the same starting crack. In addition, there are two larger size double-hung windows that the **gas or seal has been broken, that leaves an iridescent stain on the windows. In addition the locks are becoming faulty which is a HUGE issue. In order to have the windows fixed which are defective, it now costs me $125 per glass and $30 per lock and a fee for the tech to come out and replace it. How is this a lifetime warranty when the customer is paying for everything? The ********************** are faulty. The explanation of the lifetime warranty is leading and not explained thoroughly.

      From the first phone call to the end everyone at Feldco was awesome. Such a professional company in so many ways. The salesman was great. The install crew was great. They were fast and efficient. All the windows and door look incredible. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for windows and doors.

      My experience with Feldco's window installation was a complete disaster, riddled with a litany of issues that left me deeply dissatisfied. Not only did they fail to measure correctly, leading to extensive delays, but the actual installation was a testament to their lack of professionalism and attention to detail. The gaps in the vinyl were glaringly obvious, allowing drafts to seep through and compromising the energy efficiency of my home. Moreover, the windows were marred by chips and cracks, indicating a careless handling of materials. Beads of caulking were haphazardly applied, marring the appearance of the windows and suggesting a rushed and sloppy job. The mess left behind was staggering, with debris scattered throughout my home and no attempt made to clean up properly. To add insult to injury, they even managed to crack a bottle of Windex during the installation process, further highlighting their incompetence and lack of care. Overall, my experience with Feldco was a nightmare, and I would strongly advise against using their services.

      Quality of product is awful. For years I noticed a bluish hue on one of my windows thats been opened two times. I called FELDCO and they told me the seal gave out. They did not explain in depth about the limited lifetime warranty when the salesman sold me the windows. Bottom line they wanted around $250 to fix their defective window. They also said the company that made my windows for them was out of business. This is totally unacceptable!
