      There was an issue during our home service, but Feldco made it right, including having an installer come out and install a wood build out and cap to finish off the area separating our door. Thank you *****************************!

      Will never use feldco again and I will not recommend to anyone. I had complained about a draft and they came to replace a track. With the below 0 temps that we had a noticed drafts coming from multiple places. I called back and they sent a tech over. Tech was very rude when I challenge his findings. I can feel a draft and all he did was check with a temp gun. It wasnt a windy day and temps were mild so I wanted him to test for air. I had our building maintenance people come buy and he also felt a draft. Tech got fed up and just left. Provided video of tape put on ledge to show if it was windy how it would move. Was told of course if I force air that air would come through. We did it on multiple angles and we didnt get a draft in other area just where I was telling them.

      Never will use feldco again! I had new windows installed and they are leaking water every time it rains. They dont shut right either. They have been there multiple times to try to fix it and now Im told I have to pay them to fix them and they arent getting fixed! The old windows we didnt get replaced dont leak at all.

      Great Job from start to finish. The salesman ***** was very nice, he did a great job with the presentation. The installation crew was efficient and professional. they did a good job of cleaning up. The installation of patio door and window looks good and we love it.Thank you Feldco Team

      We will never use this company again. To say we are disappointed is a huge understatement. We tried having siding, window wraps, and gutters done. Our contract started as 6-8 weeks for the job to be complete and going on 18 weeks later now. The most ridiculous, backed up, bullshitting excuse for a company. Absolute trash customer service. Dont believe a word that your contract says. 6-8 weeks for new siding? Nope more like 18 plus. Finally get the crew out to do the job? Guess what, theyll do it and theyll leave their equipment, materials and trash in your yard for weeks. The dumpster they use will sit in your driveway for weeks. The gutter people are a completely different crew so the siding guys will take all your gutters down and even though the gutter crew is supposed to be out in 2 days itll be 2 weeks and lots of rain before they are out. If I could give them zero stars I would. We keep getting bounced around from person to person to make it right. Excuse after excuse. Our gutter team is really backed up Yep that ***** theyre backed up but what else sucks? Rain for days and days and no gutters installed on my home!! Im so disappointed. Absolute trash of a company!

      Everyone I spoke with or dealt with, including the initial call from Feldco, to the sales rep who visited my home, to the two installers were all first rate, professional people. They were not pushy. They tried to help me. *****, the sales rep was especially helpful with his time and suggestions and with his non threatening call back to me to be sure I was satisfied. ******, the installer, and his assistant were so friendly as well as professional. The two went right to work and answered any questions I had. When they discovered one window was not the right size, they immediately told me and called the company to make arrangements for one the correct size. That one was installed about 2 weeks later.
