      Pros: Most of the windows we had installed looked great! Tech that was sent out after errors were made, was so helpful!Cons: Sales- When I asked about window treatments being able to go back up after installation, the sales rep assured me that they would. 1 year prior we had professionally installed faux wood blinds installed, 6 of the 18 windows we had replaced were not able to fit the blinds again. Sales rep conveniently NEVER had me sign my right to cancel after 72 hours of signing contract because I mentioned that we had 2 other appointments the next day for a quote. He said he could only hold the "deal we were given" for that night. We signed right there. I never knew, nor was it mentioned, that we had 72 hours to cancel. I never signed that doc, nor was given the document to sign.Back to the blinds- I reached out after installation explaining the blinds not fitting. I was told they would send a tech out to look. Tech said "blinds won't go back due to window placement." They continue to give push back on the quotes for window treatments stating they cannot cover the full cost of replacement, but will split the cost. Why would I pay for blinds twice in 1 year at the fault of Feldco? Still not resolved as of 9/2023. Damages during installation: 2 windows were visibly dinged and gauged, I took pics and sent them in. I was told they could re-install the windows. I asked for some sort of compensation instead since I cannot take days off work for repairs. They said they cannot compensate, but replace, which would be an inconvenience for me Drywall damage- installers destroyed 2 walls down to the drywall. The tech did come out to patch; however, sanding and repaint falls on the buyer (me) to do that repair due to installation damages.Missing screen-Day 1 of installation the installers said they were missing a screen. I have been calling and emailed about the screen since May. 3 months later, still no screen!Shop around! This is not "quality" work ($20,000).

      I cannot say enough about Feldcos customer service and installers. They did a great job on installation . They went above and beyond very satisfied with the whole process. Love my windows what a difference new windows make. I am looking forward to working with feldco in the very near future.

      I cannot begin to say how happy we are with our new windows! The entire process from consultation to installation was 100% satisfactory. The installers and sales rep went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and exceeded with their product. I am looking forward to working with them again in the future.

      I had the pleasure of working with Feldco about a year ago to replace 12 windows as well as an entry door in my home. They did a fantastic job on both projects. Each crew worked quickly and efficiently while installing. I was amazed at how clean they left each opening. I know the home renewal industry can be challenging to work with, but Feldco made that process simple and hassle free.My experience with them leads me to believe if I had any issues they would have been taken care of quickly. I would highly recommend using them.

      I had a patio door replaced; I am totally impressed with the work the gentlemen did. They were outside removed the old door, cleaned up from that one preparing for the new one. Got that in place, did all the sealing of that one and replaced the trim. Then washed the glass and cleaned up the frame. It looks so awesome. Before leaving showed me all the tricks regarding opening and closing and locking the door, in two places. Cleaned up the cover that was put over the carpet and did vacuum any debris.
