  I had a wood fence installed 2 years ago. Peerless came out FOUR TIMES to correct installation issues. Since they have come out, I still had issues and am so disgusted that I did not bother to call them. My dad and I have continued to try to correct the issue.(The original installer was rude, unprofessional, and clearly did not care about installing properly. I will say that the people who came out to correct the problem were very professional and seemed to try to help- but the install was poorly executed and the only way to make it right would be a complete tear away and reconfiguration)Here I am on the third year and the gate (where most of the concerns are) is STILL a mess. It is not closing properly- most of the time, I cannot open it, and I have to hold it and slam it closed. It is crooked, not lining up and there is a big gap.This purchase is my biggest regret. What a total waste of money. I wish I researched more on this company- I would have gone elsewhere. ****** learned.

  Peerless built a fence for me in July of 2022 and it repeatedly falls apart when the wind blows. I have asked for it to be fixed and they continually do not fix it

  I paid on July 10th and it is currently October 1st and job is still not complete. Job was started September 28th and then cut off due to installers camping trip over the weekend. After they already messed up morder up and got it pushed back another 5 weeks. They left the boards in the neighbors grass and their equipment all over my yard and a child ended up getting injured on this equipment. This business nobody should use. It is absolutely disgusting.

  I was very happy with the finished fence. The installers were very respctifull and polite. I would recommend Peerless Fence to family and friends.

  Poor customer Service Twice when I have had damage to my fence. It is impossible to get them to come back. The first time it took 3 months of hounding to Get them to fix my fence And when they did they broke the solar light on the post They promised to replace it and never have. And now this time when neighbors damaged my And now this time when neighbors damaged, my I Was supposed to have someone come. Look at it over 2 months ago. No one has ever showed up or called me back I will Never use this company again.

  Unfortunately, my experience with Peerless Fence was not a great one. Zero communication from them after we put our deposit down. We were given a 4 - 7 week window and at the 8 week ***** after not hearing anything from them, I called customer service to check-in. I was promised someone would be in touch the next week to schedule our fence date. When that week came and went, it took 4 more calls to customer service to get a hold of the project manager in charge of scheduling us. I voiced my frustration about the poor service we received and was promised a call back after checking with their higher-**** which we never received. I understand that things happen and businesses get busy but it was very frustrating to invest all of this money upfront and then get ghosted for almost 3 months. At the end of the day, we have a fence, but if we were to do it over, we would not be using Peerless Fence and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

  Terrible customer service. ********************** was initially installed by Peerless, but once they cash your check, you are on your own. Have been calling them for OVER two years to hire them to fix a section that suffered wind damage. After 15 calls, messages left, pictures sent, and a stop in their showroom......nothing. I will never deal with them again and have told all friends and neighbors not to do business with this company.****************

  The worst salesman and customer service. Bought from ********** the fence and installation. All paid for over two weeks ago and ********** cant get the salesman at Peerless Fence or anyone from Peerless Fence to call me.They say they will call back and dont. Left many voicemails talked the customer service and no return call about installation. I have a swimming pool and the neighbor took down their fence so I had to buy a fence.I would not deal with Peerless fence again but I need my fence.I have the the permit that I received two weeks ago from my village.Im tried again and again to get an installation date but no one will call me back.

  My experience with Peerless Fence has been horrible. My quote was $2995 for a standard 4 ft high scalloped fence with 2 inch gap between panels. I paid first installment of $1500. They arrived to build my fence in the winter with 3 inches of snow on the ground against my request to wait till spring. The spacing was 3 inch which they insisted was what was quoted. And because of the snow on the ground came to see when it thawed that there were continuous gaps of 6 to 3 inches on the bottom of the fence throughout the perimeter. The idea of a fence is for containment. Nobody buys a fence that animals come and go at will. They haven't made any attempt to fix the issue or admit their mistake. I have tried working with them multiple times to remedy this before making second/final payment without any attempt to fix or discount due to their bad work. They are now threatening a lien on my property and collections. There are many other choices DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY! I have pictures.

  Peerless Fence installed a vinyl fence for me. I highly recommend them. They've exceeded my expectations with their customer support and professionalism. I love my new fence.
