5 starsDS. I've had the opportunity to work with these gentlemen a couple of times and would highly recommend them! When they accept your job, you become family. And they are very protective of family! They make themselves accessible, answer all questions, keep you apprised of what's going on and what is to come. Any issues are dealt with swiftly and to your satisfaction. When they say' we're going to take care of you and your property' they mean business! They are kind, considerate, honest and respectful. I just want to say that I've had the opportunity to work with Partners Loss Consulting, Inc. on a complete roof replacement, gutters and also my living room due to water damage from some unwanted racoons that got through *******. They were so professional and dealt with all the things necessary to complete this process. The whole project was painless, and they were there to help me through all the details along the way and even offering suggestions to upgrade my living room. Partners Loss Consulting has been amazing to work with. My whole house looks brand new with the new roof, gutters, and siding. They were very helpful in answering any questions I had and also kept me informed on what was going on. There was nothing to worry about because they took care of everything, including dealing with the insurance company. They got the job done extremely fast. **** and the Property Loss Consulting team were incredible! They stepped in promptly after we were left stranded by another restoration company following a sewage backup in our basement. Without skipping a beat, **** ensured we were well taken care of. The team's excellent work extended beyond the initial issue, with one of their contractors returning multiple times to address other areas in our home. **** also fought tirelessly against our insurance company to secure fair compensation. Right from the start, they educated me about my rights and insurance policy, guiding me through the entire process of my cliams. Their efforts went beyond just securing approval for the claims. They took the extra step of educating me about Additional Living Expense (ALE) coverage, highlighting the possibility of accommodations in a similar hotel or house if my home became uninhabitablea detail I wasn't previously aware of.They just didn't get approval for my claim, they also build back my home on record time.
