5 starsI was facing a very stressful, difficult situation to sell my father's condo after he passed. The team at Grandview Homes made everything easier. Their very professional and caring team were both understanding and available to answer all questions throughout the process. 5 starsSeamless home sale to Grand View homes. No additional work, no cleaning, no dumpster in the driveway. We were downsizing so there was a lot of “stuff” we did not need or want. Just left it there and they took care of it. In addition there wasn’t any fear of an inspection adding to my move out cost.
There is a price difference for using Grand View over selling yourself. That said, once I added the cost of agent fees seller and buyer, the cost of fixing everything, the inconvenience of leaving for showings or open houses and the effort to clean everything. *** the agent who met with me was my first contact. He was wonderful especially in this difficult situation. Everyone that worked on the closing was especially professional and understanding. The closing went as smooth as butter. We highly recommend Grandview and are very satisfied with all personnel staff from beginning to end. Thank you Grandview!

My mother moved into a wonderful *********** where she is receiving excellent care. For her to stay there, I needed to sell her home. A few of us had been gradually cleaning out her home, it had not been easy since we live out of town.Then we decided to sell to Grandview. They will purchase your house "as is" The offer they gave us was extremely fair and we didn't have to do expensive repairs that would have been necessary if we sold it ourselves which would have used up more of my Mother's funds with no guarantee of return if the house sold. The closing was very simple on the day of our choosing. ****** from Grandview was very helpful and compassionate. I was very emotional about selling the house that I grew up in. Children, Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren have all lived there. It is a house filled with love and joy, waiting for a new family. Thank you Grandview!Grandview Homes, LLC

Sold mother's condo, process was very easy, people were great to work with. Accepted offer was 90% of what a realtor was projecting as a starting point. Grandview did accept a counteroffer in my case. Highly recommend if you don't want to go through all the steps necessary with realtor, buyers getting financing, moving everything out, making residence tidy for visitors etc. Closed 30 days after receiving offer, only reason it took that ****, *** forms to fill out,Grandview Homes, LLC
