We inherited a pair of hoarded condos in 2024, after clearing out items of sentimental value we contacted Grandview Homes, and the process was just as advertised, fast and easy. Everyone involved was very professional and we never felt pressured to accept the offer, which we were happy with, or having to remove items from the condo.. I cant say enough about how easy they made this, and our lawyer had worked with them enough that the closing was a breeze as ******** when our second condo was ready to sell, I decided I was going to try to test the waters a bit and get offers from other companies that also purchase as-is properties. Highest bid would win. Grandview came in lower than Cash for ******* Homes by about 6000 dollars. But if I had to do it again, I would have gone with Grandview Homes. Do not go with Cash for Chicago Homes, our experience with them was not even close to the treatment we received from Grandview Homes. Sometimes a little extra money is not worth the headaches!

I recommend Grandview homes! Everything they said in their radio commercials is true. Fast response, professional and friendly walk through of your house and a very fair offer within 24 hours. After 22 years in my townhouse I needed to down-size. I found an apartment near family that I had to jump into quickly before it was gone. Grandview allowed me to do so. Highly recommend Grandview Homes for anyone looking for a smooth sale. The staff at ** made the process simple and the price was fair considering the amount of work needed to get the house ready to put on the market.
