Roadside assistance is included in my lease on my BMWX3. On Christmas Eve when I got a flat tire they left me on the side of the road for FIVE hours assuring me someone was on the way. No one ever came. I had to pay for my own tow and despite constant reassuring from ******************* between that date and 1/16 nothing came. She now refuses to make any contact with me avoiding all calls and emails. They lack any customer care one your check clears.

I purchased a *** i4 6 months ago w/ keen interest in transitioning to an electric vehicle to mitigate the recurrent maintenance associated with traditional combustion engine cars, notably the regularity of oil changes every 5-7K miles. ****** the purchase process, I emphasized my preference for an electric vehicle, citing the minimal maintenance requirements based on my positive experience with a Tesla in our household, which necessitated minimal expenditures and time investment in maintenance tasks. I sought a vehicle that not only offered the environmental benefits of electric propulsion but also boasted superior interior aesthetics compared to a Tesla, leading me to consider the *** i4.Upon consultation w/ a representative who assured me of the i4's suitability to my requirements, emphasizing its minimal maintenance needs, I proceeded with the purchase. But, in 6 ************* than 10K miles driven, the vehicle required the replacement of two tires, with an alarming prognosis of a similar frequency for subsequent replacements due to the unanticipated strain exerted by the i4's torque on the tires.Contrary to expectations, *** attributed this issue to a characteristic of electric vehicles, citing their heightened torque compared to traditional engine cars. This explanation was met with skepticism, particularly considering our household's four-year ownership of a Tesla, during which tire replacement occurred only after 36K miles nearly 4x lifespan indicated for the *** i4 tires. Subsequent discussions with *** management and the tire manufacturer revealed conflicting assessments, w/ former dismissing the matter as a tire-specific concern while the latter asserted the adequacy of the tires for use with other vehicle brands. This experience underscores a fundamental oversight on ***'s part regarding the i4's torque dynamics, which significantly impact tire usage average American drives 15-20K/year. SO Its gonna cost me 2500$ to replace tires every year.

Title: Extremely Disappointed with ******************** I recently had the displeasure of dealing with ***s customer service, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite raising a valid concern regarding the quality of the tires on my *** vehicle, the response was not only dismissive but also reflected a complete lack of empathy.Throughout the process, it became evident that *** cares more about closing files than addressing genuine customer concerns. The final offer of a meager $400 off a new set of tires felt like a slap in the face, considering the premium price tag associated with their vehicles.Whats more baffling is the false advertising surrounding their tire and wheel package. Despite investing in this supposed added protection, the response to wear and tear on tires with a mere ****** miles was shockingly indifferent. Its disheartening to realize that as a *** customer, I am merely a number to them. The way they handled my issue makes it clear that the concept of customer satisfaction is nothing more than a marketing gimmick for ***.I had hoped for a resolution that reflected the luxury brand image they project, but instead, I was met with frustration and disappointment. Based on this appalling customer service experience, Ive made the decision to steer clear of *** in the future and explore alternatives that genuinely value their customers.Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a luxury brand that prioritizes customer satisfaction over profit margins. ***s customer service is a letdown, and their handling of my concerns has left a lasting negative impression.

Ive been discriminated against by this company. Its absurd how they treat long term customers. Im in my mid 50s and have had a BME vehicle since I was 17. Never a late payment. Now I traded the *** for a Lexus on 11/17/23 with an expected payoff the following week. Which is what they told me. I then got an email stating the *** was removed from my *** account. Now *** is saying Im past due even though I sold the car and have proof of transfer. *** then put a hold on my account restricting me from selling or trade. I feel locked and now Im responsible for two vehicles as *** is refusing payoffs. I asked for any manager to assist to where they refused stating I filed bankruptcy in April so they wont talk to me. I only have questions as to why my account is locked. Why cant I trade this? I just need someone to help me. I was on the phone with *** from 11am-2pm PST with no resolution. No one calls back.

I purchased 3 cars with **** This last car 2013 535i has been having problems since it came off the lot. They told me to fix an engine part on the car for $5,600 and then a few weeks later the engine seized leaving me stuck in the middle of the road at an intersection. The car completely cut off. I had to wait 3 hours to have it towed by a special tow truck because it would not cut on or go in neutral. They want me to pay $15,000 for a new engine but the car is not even worth that. This is ridiculous. I paid already over $10,000 on maintenance and it has only been a year and 2 month. I need a new car!!!!!

Disappointment doesnt even begin to summarize my experience with the *** dealership in ******, ****. The customer service when purchasing a *** X5 was horrid. The deal was finalized, parties agreed on all conditions and a deposit made! Instead of finalizing the paperwork and completing the sale transaction, l was told they decided to prioritize and sell this car to an employee because they wanted it over giving it to a customer that has already solidified the purchase. This was a horrible customer experience as this was a car Ive been on the **** for over a year, not a cheap purchase. Not sure if they disregarded me because of my accent and thought they could shuffle this to an employee without hesitation but Ive never had such a disappointing experience. How can a company stop the transaction with a customer just because an employee wanted it?First time I found my dream car and was willing to do anything to get it and was dismissed and set aside. Spent time and prepping financials for this purchase. I do regret every second spend with *** and have been left with a horrible feeling and taste in my mouth. This company has no right to take pride on their customer service as they do not value their customer in the least bit.

*** app is a trap to steal moneyI bought a 2023 *** i4 that was delayed due to the ******* invasion of *******. Some of the features that I wanted were scrapped but I still end through with the order since I wanted the vehicle. Upon receipt of the vehicle you 2 yrs of free charging through a 3rd party provider. *** then repeatedly sends out emails asking you to import your account from that 3rd party to their *** app to make charging easier. I fell for the trap. I have since been unable to successfully charge my vehicle using the free charging promoted. I have contacted both the 3rd party and *** numerous times. *** is fully aware that their app is faulty and has received multiple reports on this issue. I have tried to have them release my account from them back to the 3rd party but they say its impossible. I have also asked for a new promotional enrollment code for the remainder of the 2 yrs that I have left and they have ignored my calls. The vehicle is great but knowing that the *** app is riddled with issues and still promoting it and effectively not going through their end of the deal (the free 2 yrs charging) is a bad business manner and quite frankly fraud. This has been an ongoing issue since April and still no resolution or attempt has been made. I have tried to elevate the issue but its gone nowhere.

I bought brand new *** X5 40i (year ****) on 05/15/2023, and on 06/01/2023 (after just 2 weeks of usage) it failed to start so I had to take it to *** Service. They replaced DSC unit, VDP, brake booster and charging battery. My vehicle spent in Service 44 days! If you go on Internet and check *** forums, its a very common problem with new X5s. But *** is silent. I was trying to reach my case manager in BMW of North America, but he never called me back. Now Im preparing documents for litigation. In fact, it should be a class action lawsuit.
