1 starThey gave me many verbal assurances up front. Trusted and reliable shippers, insured against damage, blah blah. Assigned my shipment to somebody without telling me who or providing any info other than I had to pay the driver ******* in cash when my car arrived. The car arrived with a damaged tire that was done in transport. The driver says we don't cover tires. *** says we are just a broker. What happened to trusted and reliable shippers? ***** to replace a tire that was damaged by the shipper and nobody will step up. I would have thought *** could exert a little pressure on THEIR trusted partner to pony up a very reasonable repair cost. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.Review fromAustin A
