      This company is a scam! They send a letter in the mail, saying that you need to activate your extended warranty.If you purchase extended warranty, which is the exact same as this through the dealership, then they scare you, so that you can call and activate it or forfeit the coverage.This company is using a scare tactic to prey on people. This company is fraud. I called to cancel with the same *** that sold that to me. And he said he cannot cancel. I asked him. Why did he say it was to activate the warranty. He said we can listen to the call, and I asked him to play the call, and he said he cant. His name is ******* and his extension is 923. THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM!!!They pretend like they are affiliated with the dealerships.

      Sky Protection, Schaumbur, IL,60173. Please call by 6/13/2025. Contact Phone: **************. Coverage ID: **********. I bought a new car. I bought the warranty with it. Then I received a pink and urgent letter from Sky protection. I called because it was about coverage and they charged me $169. I want to get the fee *******'s not good to send people a pink letter that says it's urgent. The person who answered the phone did his job completely professionally and asked for money. I already paid the insurance and all the protection fees when I bought the car. I thought it was just activation. They shouldn't have done this.

      After a purchased a vehicle and an extended warranty this company reached out to advising I needed to activate my extended warranty in the amount of $142. I asked why I need to pay when the full amount of the extended warranty was already included in my auto loan amount. *** advised I would need to pay the activation or the extended warranty would be void. I paid the activation fee of $142.01 only to later realize this is not my extended warranty company as they claimed. I checked my financing paperwork and my extended warranty is with Endurance and not with Sky Protection. I'm seeking a refund of $142.01 for the amount deducted from my checking account on 3/18/2025 & 4/18/2025.

      I received a letter in the mail under the impression the warranty letter was the warranty I had just recently taken out with ******* for a 2025 ******* Kona and it stated if I dont respond by 5/16/25 i would lose my coverage. I opened the letter on 5/17 in a panic thinking I missed the deadline so I called the number and spoke to a male employee of what I now know as Sky Protection went over all of my coverages and stipulations and then mentioned a one time activation fee of $205.48 and at the time I really wasnt in a position to spend that but I thought in the long run I needed it. I gave my card info and made the one time payment and was told I would receive a packet in the mail detailing my coverages and statements but I never received it. Fast forward to today 6/16/25 I checked my bank account and lo and behold I see a pending charge for $205.48 again. I called my bank and was told I need to speak with them first to try to get a refund and cancel the account or else I would need to cancel my debit card and reissue another which is a hassle in and of itself but this puts two larger payments I have pending at risk of return and I cannot absolutely cannot afford that. They are deceitful and predatory and dont explain what they are truly about. I feel scammed honestly and have looked up reviews online and have found nothing other than similar situations to mine. I feel sick that this company can take advantage of hard-working people just trying to get by week to week. I am disputing $410.96 for two months worth of payments and demanding a refund ASAP!

      This business solicited me by mail, about a vehicle I recently purchased. The language in this solicitation creates a sense of urgency (5 day), talks about warranty expiration, vehicle coverage loss, high cost repairs, and lapse in coverage. This would be fine if their legal disclaimer were legible and prominent as stated by the *** ACT in Section 5. The 6or7 font legal disclaimer on this page, that identifies they are not affiliated with the seller or manufacturer, is so small I had to get a visual aid to read it.

      This company is obviously scamming people, trying to convince people they need to buy this warrantee and that they are affiliated with the dealership. Shame on you. But as for this request, I am asking to receive no further contact at either my home or my work address. Receiving this at my home was bad enough, but how dare you **** me down at my job and waste my staff's time processing your nonsense. Shame on you and leave me alone.

      On 4/12/2025, I received this notice. It appeared to be from the *** during tax season. I have no business with this company. I am demanding that they stop sending me these notices. After doing an online search, many other vehicle owners warned people about this company being a scam.

      My mother and I own a car together. We do not live in the same household. After the purchase of a new car, I received a notification from what appeared to be my dealership telling me my warranty was about to expire and that I needed to act now in order to avoid a lapse in coverage. The company sold me a warranty for a brand new car. My mother just learned of the purchase that happened six months ago and told me that the company took advantage of me. That the warranty was only good after $100,000 miles. I was led to believe I had to have this coverage or any repairs would not be covered. I cancelled the policy today, but they would not refund my money. I feel that I was deceived and they are not out any money for claims, so they should refund my money. I am a college student who graduates this month and this money that was paid to them under false pretenses came from my student loans.

      I continue to get notices, on bright pink paper, telling me that I need to response to this notice regarding my vehicle service agreement for a new car I purchased. I understand this is a scam, and I have not contacted them at all. However, I keep receiving notifications in the mail

      Purchased extended auto warranty and cancelled after 4 months . They state there is no prorated credit due but the policy book stated after 30 days they do issue a prorated refund
