      Like every company theres always a fine print, this company refuses to state their fine print in their contract. They refuse to cover a part that goes hand and hand with another part that they do cover. (Non-wearable item) Try to get ahold of them and they bounce you around to other companies and sister companies so your never talking to the right person. Whenever you do get ahold of someone, they dont have answers for you and make stuff up. They have absolutely no real knowledge of how an engine actually works, so they lie and say its due to something that its not. God forbid if you try to correct them on what the part is or even goes to. Their customer ********************** becomes horrible as if it isnt already. They hang up on you and left without an answer. Call them back to cancel policy due to feeling like its a scam and get bounced around for over an hour. Finally get to someone that can help and he tries to save the contract but still refuses to cover the part. (Money hungry) all in all a complete waste of time, money and effort. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

      The Vehicle Service Agreement is a binding contract.Everything is stated in the Vehicle Service Agreement. There is no fine print as the contract is printed in the same font and size. The obligor is responsible for paying out on the claims per the terms of the Vehicle Service Agreement. Per the definition in the contract your waste gate is an external part and not an internal part and therefore excluded for eligibility per the terms of the contract. You only spoke to Sky Auto Protection one time. All of the other conversations were with the administrator of the contact who is the obligor of the contact. No one made anything up. The representative you spoke to simply stated what was covered per the terms of the contract. Our representatives absolutely cannot make stuff up everything is stated plainly in writing in the contract. We send out third-party adjusters who absolutely do have knowledge of how an engine works. Our administrator cant possibly lie. If a failure is determined there is a definite cause of the failure. Our customer ********************** is one of the best in the business so saying it is horrible is a baseless claim. The representative who works for our administrator in our claims department only hung up on you because you became belligerent and cursed and called her names. No one deserves to be spoken to that way no matter how you feel. It is simply disrespectful to throw a tantrum and use bad language when people are trying to help you. You asked to be transferred multiple times,no one bounced you around. You failed to accept the facts that were presented to you and you assumed someone else would give you a different answer. You demanded that we violate the terms of the Vehicle Service Agreement and pay for your claim even though it was not covered per the terms of the Agreement and when you didnt get what you wanted you made threats to complain. Please dont recommend us to anyone that behaves in a manner as you do as we would certainly prefer to do business with someone who understands how a contract works. Your policy was cancelled and refunded. We dont want your money. We are not money hungry. We prefer to assist customers to get their claims paid in the shortest amount of time possible so they are not inconvenienced by a repair. We consider this matter is resolved.

      I have called in several times and your only saying once which is again a lie. Your extremely disrespectful in your response and finally the wastegate actuator does have coolant going through it so again should be covered under the turbo. Consider this issue resolved and hopefully it shows others how you treat your customers.

      scammed me out of ****** telling me i had an activation fee for my cars warranty and me being a woman who knew very little about how this works believed them and paid the money only to find out it wasnt needed and my car has a full warranty and fully covered before i left the dealership this is an extended warranty and Fake DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!MSCAM SCAMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!

      I WAS CONTACTED BY SAP SAYING I HAD TO PAY AN ACTIVATION FEE FOR ME CARS WARRENTY (JUST BOUGHT MY FIRST NEW CAR SO I DIDNT KNOW THIS WAS A SCAM. THEY TOLD ME ITS MY WARRANTY AND I HAD TO PAY IT TO KEEP ME WARRANTY OR ID POSSIBLY BE LIABLE FOR REPAIRS IF IT WASNT ACTIVATED BY 9/9/2022 AND ME BEING OBLIVIOUS TO THEIR BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS I WAS HIT FOR ****** AND LATER WAS TOLD BY CHASE BANK THAT THEY COULD NOT RETURN MY MONEY BECAUSE I AGREED BUT ITS NOT RIGHT!       Received spam **** mail with urgent threat tactics to activate my extended warranty on my newly purchased Carvana truck. They state I need to call by Sept 2, 2022. It lists all my real extended warranty I purchased to make me believe its legit. I called my warranty company to verify and they stated that this company particularly hits Carvana and Drivetime customers due to public information and it is in fact a spam letter.

      I am being contacted by sap service activation the coverage Id is ********* I called the number sounded legit till he asked me for $180 told him I didnt get paid till the next day after I hung up I thought it was suspicious so I came to bbb and my gut was right good thing I looked it up before giving them my debit card numbwr

      This company has sent deceptive advertising through direct mail to cause me to think my vehicle is not under it's current coverage. Creating great distress, pain, worry, and suffering. After suffering through reading this formal looking letter they don't have any business sending such vague and threatening information. I have had to spend a great deal of time and effort to prove that my vehicle is and always was under a protective agreement (through no party to Sky Auto Protection), even though they have formally notified me to the contrary. Additionally you can see that I have spent time protecting the integrity of the BBB against companies using the logo.

The letter indicates you do not have a Vehicle Service Agreement with Sky Auto Protection and informs you that you could be responsible for repair costs once the factory warranty expires. If you were aware that you already had a Vehicle Service Agreement with another provider you could simply disregard our offer letter.Additionally, if you had contacted us we would have informed you that if you already had a Vehicle Service Agreement you did not need an additional one through Sky Auto Protection. We set ourselves apart from our competition by providing the best possible customer **********************. We are an accredited business with the BBB and are permitted to use the BBB logo because of our accreditation.You have been placed on our Do Not Mail list and will not receive any further direct mail.       Much like other complaints I have read here, I had received a letter in the mail stating that I needed to activate my vehicle protection plan for the new Jeep Gladiator that I had purchased. I was under the assumption that I needed to activate the warranty that I purchased through the dealer. This letter looked like it came from my official dealership which I originally purchased my vehicle from. I spoke to the sales rep at the company and told me it would be a 1 time activation fee of $190. I paid $190 and was never was told it was a 60-month Monthly payment plan and thought that this had come from my dealership which was not the case. I never signed up to pay anything monthly at all. They are a third-party seller which claims to offer vehicle protection plan services. I read reviews online and they have scammed many people. I tried calling them and emailing them and I need a resolution.

       We have spoken to this customer and addressed his concerns.There was a misunderstanding regarding what the customer purchased at his dealership and the policy that he purchased from us. After clarifying all of the information the customer advised his assumption was not correct. The customer was refunded per the terms of the Vehicle Service Agreement.  The customer has advised that the matter is resolved to his satisfaction and he was pleased with the customer ********************** he received from Sky Auto Protection.
