    I started out with this company thinking they was going to get me out of debt faster. However that is far from the truth. After 4 months I'm in worse debt than when I started with them. I was never once told they would only pay one account at a time. While the rest go late. One account that was put into this program link my husband account with it. They than told me because I'm late they will come take his truck. This company has not only screwed up my credit that was over 650 my my husband. I now have under 500. I want all my money back along with them fixing my credit they jacked up. This company is awful will not help with this situation they put me in. I now have to figure out where to get 4 months of late payment on top of the regular payments for 5 companies because if this place.

    We spoke with the client and explained that Forth, Inc. is the administrator of their dedicated savings account and the company responsible for managing their savings account, and disbursing funds for contracts and settlements they entered with other companies. Forth is not their *********** Service Provider, which is the company they contracted to negotiate with their creditors. We have tried to get the client in contact with their *********** Service Provider so they can discuss the contents of their complaint with them and hopefully come to a resolution. If they have additional questions about their savings account or how to contact their *********** Service Provider, we would be happy to assist them.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The company and representatives mislead me at every possible opportunity. Absolutely nothing they told me turned out to be true- they severely damaged my credit, got me sued, and it is completely unacceptable (reviews found online from other clients of theirs will say the same).

    re only solution was to finish this nightmare by taking out a loan with a brand new, sub-par lender for the grand total remaining on all the cards to prevent the last company from finishing sueing me. After 2 years, $700/month (which I was told would only be 4 years)- I then had to "settle" by taking out a brand new loan. My new loan became a 7 year, 24% interest loan, continueing to pay nearly $700/month. So, after all this- promising my credit would only take a brief hit, 48 months for $700/month- my credit was severely shot, I was sued, and it became a 9 year payoff at still almost $700/month. I explained all this to a receptionist of sort- and there was NOTHING they could do about it but apologize. It was very "convenient" that my refinanced loan was the exact same monthly payment as the first 2 years... almost as if they worked with the sub-par lending company to hike the interest rate as high as possible to keep my monthly payments I was used to in the first 2 years the same...

    This complaint is regarding the *********** Program this consumer enrolled in. The consumers *********** Program negotiates and settles their debt. Their *********** Program would be the one who contacted the consumers creditors. Forth **** formerly known as Debt Pay Gateway,is a separate company and was the administrator of the consumers dedicated account that was opened for the purpose of saving funds for their *********** Program. We accepted deposits and held the funds in this secure account on behalf of the consumer per the agreement they signed with us so that negotiated settlements could be paid out. Our records indicate the last time we spoke with this consumer was October 26, 2021, and we transferred them to their *********** Service Provider. After receiving this complaint, we called the consumer and tried to follow up and explain Forths role. If the consumer would like to speak with us regarding our role or how to contact their *********** Service Provider, they can call us at ************* and we would be happy to assist them.

    We have made several attempts to call this consumer with no response. This complaint is regarding the *********** Program which is managed by the *********** Service Provider. Forth is not the *********** Service Provider and cannot speak to the program servicing. We recommend the consumer communicate directly with their *********** Service Provider regarding their program.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is mostly satisfactory to me. I would like to have my credit score fixed, back to what it was, I am working with my creditors on my own, trying to fix what they ruinedI have received my refund, but I also did call several times to speak with someone about canceling my account. And as to what I was told when I joined, was that they would get in contact with my creditors and start paying down my credit. They ruined my credit score, horribly!!!!

Our records indicate the only call we received from this consumer was on November 30th, 2022, and we transferred them to their *********** Service Provider. After receiving this complaint, we called the consumer and tried to follow up regarding the complaint and to explain Debt Pay Gateways role.  This account has been closed and the consumer will be issued a refund.
