      I was involved in a hit and run with someone who was insured by them. This company is awful!! I called gave my statement, submitted pictures and nothing!! STILL NOTHING!! They gave me an adjuster who never answers so I send an email and make a phone call to her supervisor and he never responds!! I go above that supervisor to the next one with an email and phone call as well and nothing!! Ive now had to get a lawyer because these people do not do their jobs, care about customers or just plain have decency. I dont even know how they can continue to thrive with such horrible customer service and so many workers not doing their job and no one to hold accountable. It has been 3 months since the accident, since Ive been walking because my car is not drivable. Zurich and its top people should really be ashamed of themselves.

      Paid ******* for a extended warranty they are refusing to pay for any repairs. Timing cover leaking coolant. Power steering locking up while driving. Vehicle is in reduced power mode virtually not drivable. According to the paperwork in my possession all these items are covered. They are refusing any repairs. Typical insurance scams take the premiums and decline the claim. Avoid this company at all costs.

      Been waiting on workers comp for months. No reply contact through email. No returned phone calls for months. Phone message always full, never answers phone. Called almost daily for months. Tried elevating it to field office and no response there. Emailed company no response.

      I purchased an extended warranty on my **** F-150 for coverage bumper to bumper. My truck has less than ****** miles and I discovered a transmission oil leak. I discovered the leak was coming from the fitting where the transmission tubes attaches to the intercooler. The transmission lines are in pristine condition except where they attach to the intercooler. They are heavily corroded only where the thread sealant was factory applied at the joint. I returned my truck to the **** dealership for the repair and was told by them that Zurich had rejected my claim due to rust damage. This NOT rust! I have no rust anywhere on my truck. I have a corrosion leak where the thread sealant has reacted with the threads at the fitting. I am not a happy customer and would not recommend this **********************.

      They came to my house for an inspection for homeowners insurance and dropped my husband and I's policy because of an "unidentified Pitbull" my dog is a lab mix and all of the paperwork says she is such. The refused all the paperwork as well and told us we owed them money. We pay escrow so they can take that up with our mortgage company.

      Zurich *****...my sunroof stopped working and all they covered was the tracks...said because of upgraded motors they wouldnt cover them...spend all that money on extened warranty and still had to buy the motors...just like every other insurance likes taking your money and then dont want to cover whats broke...wont be using them ever again... Zurich *******************************************************************

      3rd party tow service didnt even want to identify itself - AGEON. Or something like that as they mumbled into the phone. Called back to the specific ****************** given by the person on the other end (cant say it was customer ******** ****** asked for my claim #. Went round & round she then asked for my phone # and said oh I found it. At the end of the call I asked for my claim # if I had to call back. She says, . . . Oh, its your phone #. How do companies get by with such terrible service or sweep it under the rug?

      I have talked to two individuals so far regarding my claim for a Zurich-insured vehicle that stuck my vehicle in an accident on 7/22/22. I contacted an agency representative to make my original claim on 7/23 and provided all pertinent information that they needed at that time. I was told that an adjuster would contact me within 24 hours of that call. by 7/25, I discovered that the claim number was in their system and after attempts to contact the claims agent assigned to me and the manager, I have not been called back. I talked to an individual who answered the Direct Customer inquiry line who told me that my claims agent was unavailable. Not sure where to go from here at all. :-(
