      Zurich insurance company is the worst company to deal with, the attorneys they hire will steal your money in a worker's compensation case they will force you to accept an annuity account in order for you to receive your settlement they will tell you that it's based on a federal law which doesn't exist in ******** and ******** set aside case there's no federal law or statue or rule law or codes that states that policy they will take advantage of their clients and they will ******* the money from out your annuity account, they will collect the interest of your money they will pay you yearly and not monthly this company is a fraud do not use Zurich for any workers comp insurance claim you may have they have stole my money and lied I'm i have became disabled in my accident and they left me to struggle I can't any of the items as stated in my settlement clincher if you need further information about this company feel free to contact me

      This company is absolute trash. I submitted all required documentation when I filed my claim. I am being forced to work to pay my bills for their lack of quickness. Now they want access to all my medical records for 24 months? Not happening. Fraudulent company. Instacart uses them and should be ashamed.

      I had an accidental occupation insurance with them. Got in an accident and 10 months out of two years they have not paid me on time and its always an excuse. They sent me a notification at 21 to 22 months in stating that after 2 years if Im not on social security disability and couldnt provide them with social security disability approval paperwork stating that the accident was the whole reason for acceptance they were no longer going to cover any medical or financial payments. They expect their payments to be on time or they would cancel policy. However when rolls are reversed and they have to pay out its all one big joke.

      We bought trip cancellation coverage for 7 in our group. 2 could not go for the trip and submitted claims for their trip cost. Zurich mentioned all sorts of reasons and denied our claims. This is a very bad company and dont invest your time and money to them. For making you buy the insurance they will make all sort of promises. I wouldnt even give a star if there is an option.

      If I could give zero stars, I would. Their travel insurance performance has been terrible. We canceled our trip in June due to our COVID illness, and we filed our claim June 30, 2022. As of now, November 25, we have received only silence, demands for more paperwork, and now a decision from them that they will issue us travel credits, when we have clearly asked for a check! If we don't want those credits, which expire next July, we have to fill out yet another form, and I'm sure we still we face weeks of silence before our claim is paid, if it ever is. I will never use Zurich again for anything, and I am ashamed of ****** Travel for recommending them. I will get in touch with them next to ask that they consider ending their relationship with this company.

      After reading all these reviews, I realize I will NEVER get a response from this company for my GAP claim for my car!!!!! This is so unfair and such horrible business!!!!! It's been over a month and still no response from this shady company!!!!!

      Worst company to deal with. Only interested in finding a way out of having to pay for the items that are covered. A big disappointment and I will never spend money on a car warranty through Zurich again. Better to take the cost of the plan and put in the bank to pay for the repairs they refuse to pay for. I currently have a contract, and recently found out that I needed to replace the radiator in my Jeep Grand Cherokee during a routine inspection. I'm under the years and milage on my contract, but they refused to approve the claim because the dealership didn't call them before doing the work. I called when I got home from work less than four hours after the work was completed and paid for. The communication I had about this was disrespectful, rude, and included being hung up on. Couldn't get a manager to even return my call. There are some companies that do the right thing for their customer, go above and beyond to find a way to make a customer happy, and are flexible with decision making to keep customers loyal and coming back. Zurich is NOT one of them! All about finding the loop hole in the contract so they don't have to pay and making money. Beware. Do yourself a favor and choose a different company that is more service orientated and reputable. I would have given zero stars, but I had to give the one.

      Zurich NA is a grossly fraudulent company! I've had 10 years of horrible experiences with this company. Here is my most current situation: I have two medications/procedures that Zurich is supposed to cover under my worker's comp claim. Multiple doctors have prescribed these medications and procedures... and yet Zurich's internal **************** (people who have never met me) denies the claims. How the h*** does that make sense. They have 10 years of medical records (including MRIs and nerve conduction tests) showing what is wrong and what works, but their attitude is "too bad, we don't want to pay, patient can suffer." It's so wrong. If you are reading this, contact me on social media (***********************), and let's get a group together to fight this fraud.
