    I took out a loan to pay the down payment for my surgery. Due to some unforeseen circumstances I needed to cancel the loan. No procedure has been done. I called serval times and they told me that I would be receiving the money back in 30 days. It has now been 60 days and every time I call no one is returning my calls. I am currently still making payments on the loan because I have no Choice even though they told me I would be getting the money back on Nov 6th 2022. No matter how many times I reach out no one responds or calls me back. I am just trying to get my money back.

    I had scheduled a procedure to be completed on September 17. However, a week before the procedure I wrote to the representative explaining I was no longer interested in the services. Since this request was communicated I have not heard from them. Today, I received a bill for $9,597.99 with no explanation of the services I was getting. Since this is a third party they will need to communicate that this bill is incorrect.

    On June 13th I inquired information on procedures provided by Chicago liposuction. I spoke with a woman by the name of ***** her direct line is **************. We went over possible financing options.She claimed nothing would be charged until we met and I decided to move forward after consult. I had to pay an initial down payment of $2500 just to get consult.. the day after making said appointment I had a tragic death in my family and canceled everything. Less then 12 hours. ***** was kinda enough to refund my $2500 down payment but never mentioned already running my card for $6600 balance as if services were rendered. I never even made it to the consult. She has refused to return calls Texta or email and the credit card company is useless. I reuse to pay thousands of dollars for absolutely nothing but in the meantime being sent to collections for not paying

    On July 7th, 2022, I paid $8,500 for a procedure. By the following day, July 8th, my doctor did not clear me for the procedure and I requested my money back at that time. The employee I was in contact with for this conversation continually tried to get me to have them hold my money until I would be cleared but based on my doctors concerns, it wouldnt be anytime soon and the risks with my medical issues could be deadly. I was appalled that the employees were then in contact with two other doctors- one of which I havent seen & wasnt aware of the medical condition/concerns from the other doctor (nor did I provide any other names of other doctors to the clinic for them to contact). I again requested my money back and informed them I would not have the procedure, even in the future due to my medical issues. Shortly after this conversation, I received a text message saying my procedure was back on so I called and the female I discussed this with was confused and proceeded to call my doctors again without my permission. I received a call from the doctors office that cleared me and informed them of the health issues so they then called the clinic to inform them that they no longer gave medical clearance for the procedure. At this point, I was in tears over the frustration and lack of professionalism on their part- and worrying I wouldnt get my money back. I finally requested to speak to a manager, who granted the refund and said it could take up to 30 days to see it in my back account from July 8th. As of ********************************** my bank account so I called twice and the phone went to dead air. I emailed two separate people- only one of which I heard back from and they said I had to call the number that went to dead air. I called again on Aug 14th and got through- the female said they do refunds every other Friday so it could be another two weeks before I get my $8,500- well over the 30 days (it would be 50 days after). I would just like my $8,500 back.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I called and emailed multiple more times after filing the compliant and the business never responded to my emails, never called me back, and even began hanging up on me. Everyone was extremely rude and told me refunds are done every other Friday so it could be within the next two weeks that I would first be refunded. Every time I asked to speak to the accountant or a manager- they were not in and the messages that were left for them never got returned either. I eventually mentioned a lawyer and thats when they finally refunded me. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and humanity. They were able to process my refund in 3-5 business days- which is completely different than the 30 days they told me when I initially was to be refunded. It has been 54 days since the initial refund although they first ran my refund through on Friday morning- two business days ago.

    Back in May 2022, I contacted this doctors office to get lipo. I allowed them to find financing for me via *************** company. I was approved for $6500 by ********. Aferwards, I read Chicago Liposuctions reviews and decided to cancel the surgery. The representative who I was working with advised they would process refund request and it should be refunded within 30 days. I received a bill from the lender stating I owe the money. I contacted the doctors to confirm when they will be issuing the refund and after numerous calls, being transferred to multiple people and receiving conflicting messages, they have still not refunded the money. I also opened up a dispute with ******** they state all Chicago liposuction has to do is contact them and provide the refund.This is severely impacting my credit. I just want them to refund the money to ******** so ******** can close my account to update my credit.
