Wow. I wish I would have read these reviews before signing up and dedicating my time to this payroll system. This corporation has made my job ***** times more difficult. Due to poor customer service our small business was stuck having to submit payroll twice in a week!!! Due to poor customer service and guidance!!!! No body seems to know what they are talking about. Especially regarding the payroll, and banking side which is such a sensitive matter. But hey! They can care less. It's not their business. At this point I am so drained and exhausted attempting to fix this, because every time i attempt to get answers it is an hour phone call. the rep i speak with always begins their sentence with "um i think" or "um so i guess" . Um. HELLO! This is over 30k in payroll weekly for them to not be able to let me know what is going on and to not have a clear answer. I do not like to leave bad reviews, but as a business owner, i repeat do not sign up with this company. As soon as you sign up. GOOD LUCK! You better make sure you won't need any assistance or guidance what so over because they will lead you in the very much wrong direction, and you will also be stuck in an unfixable situation (according to them anyways) like having to issue payroll twice in ONE DAY due to a mistake on customer service and lack of information and assistance from these dummies! I am sorry but i do not know how else to refer to customer service. Maybe banking are the dummies. This whole corporation is ridiculous. Beware. And my "dedicated account manager" sjones2 is *** since we signed as of the first week of january 2023. Crazy.

A **** of ***** contracted organization using Paylocity, 3 MONTHS of lost sick time and paid time off. Paylocity refuses to speak to employees. Months of this "error." Sounds like wage theft to me. Paylocity sales team is really slick apparently....too bad the software is legally non functional and they don't feel the need to do anything about it. Insights at JobCorp. Fix it already Paylocity. If I could give zero stars I would. Taxes was wrong, pay was wrong, implementation completely botched our whole set up and I have spent hours upon hours fixing their errors. The implementation manager did not reach out once to apologize about the egregious errors. I filled out a survey stating that implementation was erroneous in many ways and the company has not made one effort to make things right. They even wanted to charge us a fee to leave. All I can say is good riddance, be wiser than me and never trust your business to such an incompetent company!Paylocity Corporation

I am an employee of a company that has started using Paylocity. I have concerns about their ESG logo and possible ramifications of such affiliation. All our personal info is put into their system. It was a red flag to me when HR emailed us that part of the new payroll system also had ways of showing "employee appreciation". Sounds like the makings of a social credit system like *****. It's like a workplace chat / social media. And all our banking financial info is entered in. We all know by now that chat / messaging systems are breached and everyones personal info is compromised. A really bad example is how ****** took money out of truckers accounts for protesting COVID restrictions. It may seem like my concerns are ridiculous, but this is the growing reality, everyone should be asking questions.Paylocity Corporation

1 starThis company calls me at least once a month. I have spoken to them and have told them I am not interested an they continue to call. At this point it is borderline harassment. Once they have your name they will never stop calling you. I would never do business with them.Review fromHeather T

1 starWe were very hopeful that Paylocity was to be good fit for us. They were represented as being experts in helping companies leave a PEO situation. This does not seem to be true. I should not have to provide any more than my corporate documents, tax returns etc.. to prove our EIN. Of course the w2's from previous years will not be our EIN because we were with a PEO so they were ADP's EIN number. They said I should call the *** for proof. "insert eye roll", I am sure that will be a simple straightforward 8 or 10 hours of my life.Review fromAlison D

1 starI have never had a worse experience with a company in my life. We went through months of an implantation that yielded nothing but headaches. A lot of the comments below highlight the same experience we have had. I dont believe Ive ever left a poor review about a vendor before or have been an active detractor about a company, Paylocity has changed that.Review fromJulie M

1 starI think it is the worst company even. They are a bunch of liars. I started getting notices from every States continually stating that this or that hasn't been paid and when we contact Paylocity they say it isn't there responsibility. It takes weeks or months to hear back from them on an issue and our contact there is changing continually. We are now dealing with penalties and they put our accounts at risk. Stay away from Paylocity.
