We had three windows, bought 30 years ago from Wilke, that needed repairing. ********************* came out, correctly analyzed the problem, and in less than an hour efficiently and effectively repaired all three. My husband, a perfectionist, was so impressed with ******* ability and quality of work that he has contacted several of his friends to share ******* name and praises of his work. We had eight window panels with seal failure replaced under warranty. ********************* came out to take the measurements and then returned to do the installation after the replacement glass was ordered and received. He was very professional and did a great job.Wilke Window & Door Inc

***** and ****** arrived not just on time, but a little early! It was refreshing to not wait and wait. They replaced our double pain window and even caulked around the outside in about 1/2 hour. They were also willing to look at some of the hardware on other windows and took time to explain to us what options that we have. ***** from Wilke Window and Door replaced a window over our garden tub today. He did an excellent job and cleaned the window when he was finished. He was very pleasant and arrived on time. *****, from Wilke Window and Door came to replace the mechanism for one of our ******** crank out windows. He quickly repaired it and gave advice about a lubricant spray that Wilke sells that can help keep all the windows functioning well. I also asked him about a brass door stop that was beginning to fail and he called me later that afternoon to tell me that Wilke had one in stock, although it was not in the finish I wanted. The point is this- he actually called me back to let me know. Just wanted to say customer service still exists.Wilke Window & Door Inc

Working with Wilke on 4 houses has always been a pleasure. They are always courteous and professional. This time was no different. A window in our new house needed replaced and we had the pleasure of meeting ********************* our repair person.
