We recently discovered that a Wilke window (installed in 2019) was incorrectly installed, and leaking rainwater into my basement—argggggg. I paid $95 for a service visit, and that led to ***** ***** dedicating himself to fixing my window. He arranged for another installer to help us fix the problem, ***** applied additional silicone and foam TWICE to obvious leaking spots and came back to my house 4 times (including doing a FULL leak check to confirm we had NO water coming into the house). I appreciate this Navy Vet’s commitment to fixing my problem. Thx *****.

Today ****** and *** replaced windows in my walkout basement door and ensured the seals were secure and cleaned the new windows with windex even and cleaned up afterwards. I’ve never had that much perfection and customer service in years. Thanks Wilke for hiring professionals who really care about customer satisfaction. High five guys!Wilke Window & Door Inc

The service man, **** was courteous and professional. He replaced the broken and installed a new screen efficiently and quickly. He answered my questions and also fixed a problem on another window explaining what happened and how to fix it in the future if it happened again without additional charge.
