    I received a call from Sherman Dodge Service ***resentative, saying that I have a free oil change. I scheduled the appointment and when I got there it was a different story. The service *** said the system is not showing a free oil change. The service *** was very mean, nasty and unprofessional. He then walks me over to the manager. The manager proceeded to say that they could not accommodate me for the mistake made by the ***resentative that called me. I am not new to this dealership, I purchased 3 vehicles from them and always had my cars serviced there. I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere. They have lost a valuable customer.

    I really love this dealership.!!! They were patient and informative throughout the whole entire process praises to everyone involved in my deal because I thought I was not ever going to be approved and they ended up putting me in a 2023 charger R/T!!!!!!! Thank you so much everyone!!!!!
