    Disrespectful, dishonest and willing to take advantage of first time buyers. If you are a woman, a young person or someone whom English is not your first language you may want to stay away from Sherman Dodge in Skokie. They prey on first time buyers and when l went in to ask the general manager (****) why he gave my son in law an **** interest rate loan when he had a credit score of 752 he got defensive, disrespectful and ultimately said it had nothing to do with the dealership and everything to do with the bank. That was only one of the lies told. The sales person told him that making an over $600 payment per month on a ***** dollar car that he would have the car paid off in 3 years. The real truth is that it is a six year loan and if finished, he will pay over $44,000 for the ***** dollar car. The attitude and disrespect I got from the general manager was typical of an insecure man suffering from a Napoleon complex. I was disgusted by his behavior.

    VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, they have different people telling you different things, they steal people money , **************** is rude and has a bad attitude, they place people cards on file without permission, horrible place to buy a car, they will sell you anything to get paid.. so many issues with my car had to return it , left lot without oil change !

    I have financed 5 cars with Sherman Dodge Skokie. In may 2022 I exchanged my truck for the new 2022 Jeep Compass. From day 1 I noticed that after 2 hours of driving the radio would go off with no sound at all and it would turn on again after cooling off. I notified them they changed the radio 2 times the car was more at the dealer than with me. After so much they finally told me that since it was defective they were going to exchange the car. I honestly wanted the same car color to trim everything. I was told by ****** that since that car was out of stock he was going to order the same exact car. I waited from Sep 2022 until January 2023 until finally the car arrived. I was so excited to finally have a car that I was able to enjoy.... I was wrong ******, yes he had ordered the ******************** 2022 4x4 but the very simple trim. All the features that my original car had were not included. I did ask ****** WHY ???? His response was that JEEP is not adding all the features. I was like ok 1 I get it but what about all the others???? No response. I Did contact jeep. According to them, they were going to contact Sherman Dodge to see why they did not order the same exact car with all the same features. And the sad part is that the price didn't even go down. And yes of course it would be the last vehicle I will finance with them.

    You see my name because obviously he is the master, he is a legitimate idiot. As well as ***** they both are the most arrogant, idiotic humans. They think you cant hear them talk trash behind the tower but news flash ***** we can hear you guys They are fake predators who think they know it all but should honestly should be fired. They shouldnt be in leadership roles that is lack luster leadership from you guys end

    Id love to share the most terrible experience we had at Sherman Dodge today. I will not name the sales person as he was not the reason for the terrible experience. It was the management behind him. When we arrived to see the *** our sales person took the keys to the trade in that was paid off mind you. Showed us the vehicle in the showroom then I asked to be introduced to manager who was ****** because we requested once the dealership ran the credit we discuss what banks would be our best option because we did not want the credit to take a big hit. After I met ****** and started to explain our request he proceeded to cut me off and give me the exact plan of action I was going to ask him for. Great! Right? Nope! We sit and wait.. the sales person comes back to ask for a co signer and could not provide a exact reason why. Which already told me they ran the deal with banks because they realized their profit on this vehicle may have not been as high as they wanted. Before he came back asking for a co-signer he actually stepped away because I asked what our out the door number would be with trade in and money down, which we never got the out the door by the way. The sales person goes back to the sales tower to get an exactly reason why they want a cosigner. Then a different manager comes me and tells me still waiting to hear back from the banks but.. then goes to explain reasons why a co signer could help. When I asked what banks they were waiting on he said you know like ****** **** of America.. I asked what information he needed from the banks.. he said an approval. So I explain that we were lied to because that implies ****** ran the credit with banks and at this point we had already received 5 notifications that the credit was hit. This manager proceeds to stutter as I caught them in their lie then says h*** have to confirm what ****** actually did. Well neither manager came to speak with us after that because they knew they couldnt lie anymore.

    Very unprofessional let my husband come out there sit for hours and fill out lots of paper work and put down payment down and drive off with car only to call back two weeks later and lie like they wanted him to come in to simply sign something only to take the car back and leave him sitting there stranded saying he needed a co signer all of a sudden not good for business!!
