A lady named M a g g i e at phone number Eight One Five Three Eight Zero Nine Six Five Nine called my business asking for someone and it was none of her business whether they work here or not. These people are leeches and I have read up on them. They call to get a name for an employee that works....or they think...works for that company, so they can "verify" to debt collectors and other people that have no business knowing your business. If anyone wants to stop this, and they are contacting your actual business, then look up videos on how to remove your personal information for all credit bureaus and look into getting information taken off the other credit agencies, such as LexisNexis. You can find all of this on *******. This scam company is called VeriFacts and they are a joke of a company. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION!!!VeriFacts, LLC

contacted my work out of the blue for no apparent reason. just to verify some of my information. my information is none of your business. i dont even know who you are and you give no explanation as to why your calling. definitely shouldnt be calling my work. leave me alone. I have not taken out a loan, bought a car or done any other thing on my credit. I do not give this company permission to contact my employer! I did not consent to this company to call my employer or anyone else and asking any personal information. I am tell you to STOP calling or faxing any information about me to my employer. This company (Verifacts) called my place of employment today and the operator transferred them to me. The lady on the phone identified herself and said she was calling on behalf of Verifacts and needed to update my employment information. I informed her that I was not interested in updating my employment status n any kind of database with her or her company and to never call back or I would seek legal counsel if this happened again.VeriFacts, LLC

This company has been calling me none stop and so I answered and gave them information because they told me it was employment verification, but that was a lie and a scam, now I am unsure what they are gonna do with my personal information. This company has without my permission contacted my employer and attempted to gain private information to which they have no legal rights. This is criminal since I have NOT applied for credit, attempted to borrow money, nor given any permissions to have access to my private information.This company should cease and decist from continuing to access anything pertaining to myself, my employment, my address, and any other personal information to which they have no right since my permission was NOT given to do so.Furthermore, this was an embarrassment suffered by me without cause in reference to my employment and employer which resulted in the harming of my personal as well as professional reputation in regard to my profession; impacting my personal reputation and credibility with undue cause.Had my employer not thought this inquiry fraudulent (based on my background with their company), I would have been subject to unknown harm from unknown sources which is in violation of my civil rights under the laws of ****************************. I am outraged by the actions this company is attempting to employ to illegally gain private information under the guise of normalcy in business practices and would like them to be put on notice that these are prosecuteable actions and will not be tolerated.VeriFacts, LLC
