    This company has without my permission contacted my employer and attempted to gain private information to which they have no legal rights. This is criminal since I have NOT applied for credit, attempted to borrow money, nor given any permissions to have access to my private information.This company should cease and decist from continuing to access anything pertaining to myself, my employment, my address, and any other personal information to which they have no right since my permission was NOT given to do so.Furthermore, this was an embarrassment suffered by me without cause in reference to my employment and employer which resulted in the harming of my personal as well as professional reputation in regard to my profession; impacting my personal reputation and credibility with undue cause.Had my employer not thought this inquiry fraudulent (based on my background with their company), I would have been subject to unknown harm from unknown sources which is in violation of my civil rights under the laws of ****************************. I am outraged by the actions this company is attempting to employ to illegally gain private information under the guise of normalcy in business practices and would like them to be put on notice that these are prosecuteable actions and will not be tolerated.

    They called my employer requesting personal information along with my employment information. No permission was given from me for the employer to provide any info. Unfortunately information was provided without my knowledge because the person who gave it didn't realize they could refuse to do so. DO NOT give out information to these people!

    FRAUDSTER *************************** called from VeriFacts LLC requesting personal employment status and employee information about me without any reason or explanation. She stated they need to verify my employment and collect information but would not state who they are requesting this information on behalf of--and the only way they'd reveal their client's name is if I disclosed my social security number or date of birth. Unfortunately, I disclosed my DOB--she shot back nearly before I was done speaking "that's not correct" and so did not give me the client's name. This's how they trick you into giving them info. VeriFacts LLC is seeking to acquire my personal information without my authorization or consent. This is fraud. I am making a police report and reporting to the **** I would like any further communication with VeriFacts LLC, myself and any other company that has or has not retained VeriFacts LLC for my information to cease and desist IMMEDIATELY. Also, any and ALL of my personal information is to be deleted/withdrawn from all of their systems immediately and not be shared with anyone or any company.

    This company is requesting personal information from my current employer under false pretenses. Which I am sure they know is against the law! you cannot try to verify people's personal information under the guise of an "employment reference" Please do not contact my employer or HR department again! Please remove any and all information from your system! I will have my lawyer send you a cease-and-desist letter! You guys are treading on thin lines and I am sure this can lead to a lawsuit if you guys continue to try to get peoples personal information!!

    This is very unprofessional and unethical! To send an email to my employer asking for information about me. It had a PDF attached stating it may have confidential and personal information. If this has reached you by mistake please dont use or copy the information disclosed. How dare they?? Its against the law. I have not given permission to anyone to give out random information on my behalf. What if I was not employed here? Now my personal life has been exposed due to a company that has no right doing so. I want my information removed and no more contact from this company. They gave no explanation for the harassment to my employer or myself. Cease and desist immediately!

    I had a coworker call to let me know that I had gotten a phone call today at work from a company called verifacts. The company wanted to update my personal information such as employment, date of birth, etc. when the coworker told the lady I am employed there, but had left for the day. The lady was trying to get my personal information from her such as birth date. When my coworker said she doesnt know my birth date then the lady asked for a manager. It is illegal for a company to call a persons place of business and ask a random stranger for personal information on another person. I do not want this company to contact my place of work ever again. Its rude and I will seek further action if it happens again. I want all my information that has been collected out of your system.
