    I received a collection letter from this firm concerning a *********** account. I contacted firm and they refused to discuss it unless I gave them all of my personal information. I informed them this was not my account and they suggested I call ***********. I confirmed all my accounts were in good standing and that there has never been any other accounts in my name. I then informed the firm of this and they wouldnt even note that this has happened. This is fraud trying to collect a fake debt.

    I received a notice in the mail from this firm saying that they were going to garnish my payche so how can they come after me for something that's not even mine I believe there was some fraud involved I tolt them that and they aren't even trying to look into the matter Im really upset about this and something needs to be done and I have faith that this Law firm will no longer be working before the year is out they can;t continue bulling people and think it;s ok I want them to leave me alone in ***** almighty name AMEN

    So I just received in the mail a notice from **** County Court saying they were going to garnish my check for something that happened over 7 years ago and they said I was summoned in the year of 2015 but I never received anything from anybody. These people are trying to make me pay for some fraud that was done under my name years ago and I don't think they should assume those expenses were mine and they should have sent me a notice that they were taking me to a court for these expenses. I want them to contact my employer and remove the garnishment deduction summons against me. I work part-time for my mother as her caregiver she is blind in 1 eye and with the cost of living how am I supposed to live I would like this reversed as soon as possible. They shouldn't have jumped the gun and assume anything about anybody that's not justice that's some fraud on there part PERIOD!!!

    I never received any summons from them so they need to stop lieing and as far as a court paper work again they are known for trying to take money from people without further investigation so I am not happy at all and I did receive the paper work regarding the fraud so God only knows it's really sad that they think cause they are a law firm that they have the right to try intimidate people plus as far as I can see this is not even on my credit report so what;s up with that the lies they tell.

    They indiciate I was served papers in 2018 I was not plus I haven't lived at this address all my life I was living else where I was just geting my mail they again said they served me a second time which again I personally never received anything from them they should really look into who they have serving thesse papers cause I never received a thing from them Im not sure where they think I owe them anything cause this company isn't even on my credit report plus this happened in 2014 I do believe I reporated this as fraud back then anyhow justice is the Lord's this battle is not mine so I know I have nothing to worry about. God always get's the final say.

    Blitt and Gaines has received payment in full from me one month ago on 6/27. As of today, 7/26 they have yet to mail me proof of payment or file a notice of dismissal regarding their pending court case even though they admit on the phone to being paid in full. I want the court case dismissed and a receipt for my payment provided immediately. I'm tired of calling and receiving the run around.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I should not have had to follow up with your office to receive a receipt of payment when your office stated that you would provide proof once payment was received on June 26th. It should not have taken an entire month and me following up with your staff multiple times before receipt of payment was provided. I also requested a certified copy of proof of payment mailed to me since you mailed confidential information to my neighbor previously. As of today (8/5) that certified proof of payment has yet to be received. While the email was greatly appreciated, it is no substitute for a mailed paper copy that I have requested several times now. 

    On July 27th I requested that your office provide a copy of the motion to dismiss to me to prove that it had been filed. I was told that you would submit a copy to me. However as of today (8/5) proof that the motion to dismiss has been filed has also not been received. This leaves me concerned that it has still not been filed although you have been paid in full for quite some time now.
