  Great job all around made everything really easy even though I was from out of town. Only issue was the car wasn't very clean. But I don't expect perfection.

  This was a very pleasant experience. I found a car I liked on line, very clean and drove well on test drive. From applying for a loan to driving home about 3 hours pleasantly working with Mona to get paperwork filed. If I need another vehicle or know someone who does will send them here first.

  The staff was very helpful. My sales person was Jamel, he was patient and helped us choose the right car for our needs. I needed a vehicle to be able to pull as boat that weighs 3000 pounds. The test drive went well, everything worked as it should and was low mileage and was a 4 wheel drive. Was most definitely a good experience.

  A good dealership to start it. I got my daughter her first car from there for college. She's loving it. Purchased the car at the beginning of the summer drove it around myself and it drives great. I really like the fact that the dealership told me all the issues that they fixed on all their cars I looked at and the staff was really nice and any questions I had they answered. The only issue I had was when I got to the dealership the prices were about $1000 higher from online prices, but the owner came down on the price when I brought this up.

  Buyer Beware... in my case basic car geometry was a major issue along with tires. 4 days after buying we had a flat and found the issues were dangerous when driving in the rain.and for GOD's sake DO not Shop here if you are Desperate to drive and need financing. you will be maxed at 27.05% interest(state maxium) by out of state financing company.. and you will be hounded to leave reviews.

  According to our record, you purchased your vehicle May 1st, 2023. At the time of this review, you have had the vehicle for 3 months and 20 days and no trace of call, text, or email communication with the dealership was found. We looked through our Post Sale Issue (PSI) Tickets – nothing was found on file for this vehicle as well.
  We thoroughly inspect our vehicles prior to sale and we provide the inspection reports to customers upon request. We back all our vehicles with minimum of 90-day/5,000-mile warranty. As an FYI, your vehicle has a 24-month/24,000-mile warranty. If you are having issues, please fill out a PSI ticket on our website or give us a call, so we can assist further.
  Our guaranteed financing program is designed for everyone - interest rate, down payment, and term depend on several factors used by our lenders, which we cannot control, unfortunately.
  We have a strict process in place to inform customers and ensure they understand the loan structure before signing any contract/paperwork. We further educate customers with challenged credit on how to build their credit within first 12 months of their loan. This specific process where you were informed and educated was documented and can be provided upon request.
