If you are in an accident and this is the only place available to restore your vehicle to it's fully functioning state, please do not allow this place to touch your vehicle. Upon "completion" my car was missing not only major cosmetic repairs, but when I took it to the actual Ford Dealership and had them review the repairs it came back with $6-8K worth of damages that were not fixed. I still do not have my vehicle and I trust that this is due to the negligence of Service King. I am shocked and disgusted with the level of "care" that they took with my vehicle. How could a company sleep at night knowing that they lied to a disabled veteran and let her drive around in such a dangerous vehicle with false repairs. Some of the things that were reported to me were downright terrifying, I am glad that it went to Ford when it did, I could have very easily been dead. This is unacceptable.

After scheduling my car repair 5 weeks out Service King North Auburn calls 2 weeks before and rescheduled 7 more weeks out. The lady didn't seem to care this is horrible customer serviceCrash Champions, LLC

In April, the ********** location provided an estimate for a repair on our Tesla. I paid a required deposit equal to the cost of the parts. We were told the repair would be scheduled for Aug or Sept. because they were so busy with Tesla repairs and didnt have enough licensed techs to keep up. We agreed to wait. Yesterday I received an email noting that they had been trying to GET a Tesla certification since April when they purchased the shop formerly known as Artisitic Auto Body. They still dont have that certification and cannot repair our car. They bid work they KNEW they couldnt do and collected money for parts they KNEW they couldnt order.To make it worse, we called last month to check on the schedule and they continued with their dishonesty instead of coming out and saying that they wouldnt be able to do it.I absolutely would not recommend doing business with these folks. Their practices were 100% dishonest from the beginning. To their credit, they have refunded the deposit.Crash Champions, LLC

The management at this company does not care about its employees. If you bring up any personal issue or complaint, they throw you under the bus and get rid of you. You cannot speak up at this company without getting let go. They cut every estimators pay by 40% and gave the manager a 20k raise the same time. Management only cares about itself and the money it's slaves make for them. This is unethical. They stab you in the back and don't think twice about it. The company is a billion dollars in debt, no wonder why they have to merge with a 2 year old company that's ran by a gentleman that was unethically fired from service king. Very ironic. This place sweeps everything under the rug. They even have a list of terminated employees with derogatory comments under each name. The managers take 20 vacations a year. They dont run the locations, its employees do. It's so very sad, this company is backwards and fraudulent. They DO NOT CARE about their employees.Crash Champions, LLC
