    ****** was just out for my ac check up and got the job done perfectly Borter is a company you can TRUST to do the work right. The inside folks are great in scheduling and keeping you informed when the serviceman will show Really is a 5 star company.

    We've used Borter Heating and Cooling for over ********************************************************** top condition. Techs are always friendly and knowledgeable. With our maintenance contract we never have to worry about checkup *** or repairs. Highly recommended.

    Borders is fantastic for both routine servicing and replacing equipment when required. I couldnt be a happier customer. I have multiple properties in different states and I wish Borters could service all of them. I have no idea how many years I have used them but it is at least 30 years.

    The service provided by Borters is very professional. I was called to inform me they were running a little late and was called within a half hour the service representative would be there shortly. ****** was very professional and did a great job both on the furnace and cleanup.

    Our service technician ***** came to our home yesterday for our yearly furnace maintenance and I was so impressed with the level of service we received. In the past, when using other companies, service technicians were in and out very quickly, but, ***** spent a full hour checking every component of the furnace. He was very polite and professional. We also had a great experience last summer when our AC was checked. I highly recommend Borter for all your heating and air conditioning needs.
