    We had the first appointment using Borter. Our service technician, ***, was there in the time frame given. He was knowledgeable with practical suggestions while making clear what was necessary at the time, what would be preventative, and what wasn't necessary at the time. I appreciated his patience and the time he took to proactively ask about any questions or concerns we had regarding our equipment, filters etc. Great service.And, the customer service people (*******, ***, and ********) were courteous and followed-up with contact and needed information in timely way. Much appreciated
