  We moved into our house in the fall of ****, and used Borter's upon the recommendation of the previous owner. We have used Borter's ever since (about 47 years). Needless to day, we are happy with the service and their customer care. If we weren't happy with them, we would have changed service providers many years ago. ************************

  Have used Borter for years with no complaints. Have always felt they were upfront and honest, and that means a lot to me. Just had a new ac unit installed; the servicemen **** and **** were wonderful, professional and polite. No, I didnt go for the lowest bid and Im glad I didnt. Borter has always helped me out with any problems and I highly recommend them.

  We have used Borter for many years in 2 different homes and my child's home as well.They are always on time, thorough and communicative. We had one issue that was a problem with an installation done by one of their service members, but after discussing the issue, the owner looked at and made sure the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. Office staff is always friendly and helpful when I call.

  I switched from a very large, disreputable firm to Borters several years ago. Glad I did. Prompt, thorough, totally reputable. Get the job done right the first time. I have expanded their reasonable annual packages due to this. Parts are expensive, which is OK since I know they are top tier and save me time. They told me I had a weak capacitor, had them replace it anyway, appreciated their heads-up, with summer coming soon. Their quote for a hot water tank was a bit higher, since their tank has a better control unit vs the retail hardware store tanks which can be less reliable.

  Very happy with my new furnace (and I'm expecting the new AC will prove itself too, once the weather warms up). The installers ( **** and ****** were very polite, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing; seemed to work well as a team. Excellent clean-up when they were done.
  The whole thing was comfortable from start to finish: ease in setting appointment for estimate of cost of replacement system, good communication of choices and costs of each one, and for scheduling the installation.
  I happily recommend this company. .
